This large family home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and has ultimate privacy, located in the middle of the ocean. Though it doesn't come cheap, this oceanside estate is the perfect place to rid oneself of a landlocked lifestyle.

vicTORIsays You need to first unlock the uncharted islands, or do what I did and use the cheat "discoverAllUnchartedIslands" AFTER first enabling the cheat "testingcheatsenabled True" :)

This is the Best sims house I've EVER seen! So much detail in the house and BEUTIFUL exterior I'd give it a 100/100
I live in Connecticut and have been to the Cape and I must say you really captured the essence of New England. I have my associates in architecture and have done a lot of drawings or this style of buildings. You did a fantastic job I don't think I could have done a better job myself! Well Done!!

I have family down on the Cape...yah, you didn't just get it right with the architecture, the feel of the décor is dead on, as well. You should be proud of this creation.

I am from cape cod Massachusetts! I live on a small island called nantucket it is 30 miles off of cape cod, and it is considered part of the cape. It is a huge tourist attraction the population goes from about 13,000 to about 60,000-70,000 every summer

As someone who spends their summers on the cape the only thing that could have made this look more like it belonged there was making the outside blue and white. But it is a very nice house regardless.

I love your work, I try to build but I'm still learning and is as no where close to what you can do :) I love the dorm you built a while back, and I was wondering if you could build a townhouse or apartment building where sims can live along with npc's.
