Technomentary, I have tried every method but still my bluetooth isnt working. It connects sometime and now its not. And as u mentioned in the video that turn on and off the bluetooth my mobile just wont allow to do it. Once it is on it wont let me off it. I have reset my all network settings also and my phone is on ios 16
The last suggestion actually worked! My phone needed to be updated and now it connects to the new headphones I bought. I just found it annoying that my laptop could find it and connect, but my phone couldn’t. I wanted to use it for exercising so I’m glad I found a solution! Thanks. In the past I’ve taken headphones back because they wouldn’t connect. I never tried using my laptop till now, which makes me wonder if the headphones I bought in the past actually worked, but because they wouldn’t connect to my phone, I thought they didn’t work. Again thanks!!!

For me, it was the latest update (iOS 17.1.1) that caused this problem. Now I cannot connect my JBL headphones back to the phone. Annoying ‘cause I use my phone to make music.
I have already tried all the methods suggested in this video but still nothing. 😢

AMAZING IT WORKED!! Thank you so sooo much!! In my case, it was always connecting pretty well before, so the device had been recognised, but suddenly dropped off even on full power batteries (headphone device).. Tried updating my software, tried, turning off and on, the phone as well as the bluetooth.. Tried also forgetting the device to see if it will reset and let me reconnect it again as a new device.. Still didn't connect... Then, the Airplane mode thing you suggested WORKED A DREAM!!! Straight away!!!!! Thank you SIR!!

Thank you for this info. I restarted my phone and powered off my sound bar but it still didn’t connect. However, for some reason, when I unplugged the sound bar, and plugged it back in it worked. Anyways, thanks again!

Does network reset doesnt erase photos and videos?
There was no “network reset” option on my phone. Just “reset”. I don’t know if I should use that one.

None of this worked to get my car to show up in list of devices. I just switched from a 7 to se and I want to still use my 7 for my music app but want the se to also connect for back up. My car didn’t show up on the se device list but the 7 connected. I ignored device on the 7 thinking maybe it was interfering. Now I can’t get the 7 to find my car again and my se still isn’t discovering my car either! I’ve tried everything.
I still can’t connect … software storage issue not resolved help !
Also: sometimes the phone is not the issue. Did every step and it dit not work. I turned on and off my Sony speaker and then I press a long time the bluetooth button on my speaker… magic! Speaker beeped and its light started to blinked really fast. Hope this will work for those who can’t find a solution…!
I am so glad I found this video!!! I was able to connect by new DJI Osmo mobile 6 to my iphone 13 max pro; I had the content & restrictions enabled under screentime, once I turned off, I was able to pair my new gimbal to my phone using quick launch.

Unfortunately, I tried all of these steps and none of them work for my iPhone 13. Do you have any other suggestions for me? Or do I need to just take it in to where I purchase the phone and see if they can do service on the phone.?
I took mine too apple and we ran diagnostics and it passed all minus the QR scanner it had a red X, come to find it I guess the iPhone has 2 antennas and he said the whole rear system has to be replaced, so everything minus the display/screen . I’m trying to figure away around it instead of paying $400
Swear there is a bug in screen time.
When setting Account changes to no allow you can not use facetime.
This seems odd, as why would you want to allow someone to change anything on your
personal device when making a call..... Very odd and hope this gets corrected.
I do not want to use Facetime if it allows for changes to my service etc.

For anyone that still has a problem with their device not showing up here is what happened to me and how I fixed it.
I had turned on the headphones and turned on my bluetooth. I clicked on the device but it said it couldn’t connect and then disappeared not showing anymore.
How I fixed it was by trying to pair it with another phone. I turned on Bluetooth of a relatives phone and my device appeared. I went back to my phone and it was back! Hope this helps.
I followed all these steps and it still won't work. My device makes a sound when it connects to something when I turn the Bluetooth function on, and mine is making that sound, but not connecting to any of my devices. I live in an apt building-- is it possible one of my neighbors connected to it, and since it auto-connects to them, that's why it's not showing up as searchable for me anymore?

SAME! I got an iphone se and forgot device on my 7 because my car wouldn’t show up in the device list on my se. I always take my old phones and use them for my music app. I had no issues with my 7 and 6s both connecting to my car. Now that I forgot device on my 7 my car won’t even find it now. I thought it was affecting my se from finding my car. This is so frustrating. I’ve tried everything!

I was trying to connect my earphone with my new iPhone, I have tried all of them you showed in the video but still it’s keep searching and showing nothing then i realised my earphone is already connected to my old phone so I turned off the Bluetooth of my old device and it appeared on the new phone 😢
Mine said, “keep holding to contact emergency services”💀
I figured out why my headphones was not showing on bluetooth because they weren’t in pairing mode

I tried everything except the network reset because my phone only showed a “reset” option. Not “network reset”. My phone is completely updated so don’t need to try that.

Finally my iPhone 13 found Sony speaker
I tried maybe 10 times by shutting down my phone and then re setting all setting but it was with negative solution.
Just few minutes ago I reset my speaker for maybe 4 times and suddenly speaker light started to blink very fast !!! And I though ok maybe I will check quickly on my iPhone 13 if there is something and yes my iPhone finally found the Speaker SoNy
