I am really liking Luscious Jackson tunes this afternoon,,,,,,I like their sound-- I was aware of Naked Eye but now I am you tubing them and like 8 tunes so far--- very nice!!!
I was very much into Luscious Jackson back in my mid-'90s Uni daze, and still am 30 years later. I remember how much I wanted to get my hands on a copy of the Kostars' "Klassics with a 'K'" album when it first dropped that spring of my Senior year in '96, but the local record stores out in Bellingham (WA) hadn't received many if any copies before I graduated, and then headed back home to the South Sound where other things besides buying CDs soon took precedence. I've listened to it a few times online but would still like to procure a physical copy for myself to add to my existing BB/LJ collection.
@@QuadMochaMatti cool. Nice to know of shared experiences of time and art. I too was a 90s at uni person looking for the underground music. But I was in Australia, even less hope of you finding it in Bellingham. All the best for the rest of it:
Most underrated band of the 1990´s
I was 20 at the time and couldn't figure out why they weren't massive. Still can't. They're CRIMINALLY underrated.

Jill is a very consistent song writer. Just listened to her Kostars stuff, it is solid, every song is good. True artist.
