it looks like a very utilitarian building design too, weight efficient.

Lovely. One suggestion - not for the architect but for you - is an (accelerated) P.O.V shot from train to bike to path and reverse in all your nice train station bike parking videos.

Is there a elevator in this bike apple? And if the answer is no, your stronger than Americans.

probably pretty hard to ride a bike if you can't climb stairs though.

Well my girlfriend has a hard time climbing stairs and she rides a bicycle.

No elevator, just ride up or down with the bike, park the bike and take the stairs to the station.

I live in Gouda which is 25 mins by train from Alphen a/d Rijn ,So I used to go from my house to the train station in Gouda with my bike for around 5-10 mins than take the train there and than I had another bike parked in this Apple and had to ride my bike another 5-10 mins before I arived at my work for 3 years. And most of the year, mostly in the summer I would ride my bike from Gouda til Alphen a/d Rijn that would take between 45min and 1.5 hours depending on the wind and or time but saves me the Train cost hehehe.. and above that due to work I hardly had time to have some exorcise in the gym so that would make up for it a little :)
Side Note: You are not alowed to ride your bike inside the Apple to prevent accidents.. there are some signs in it there that say so, not to be a smart ass, just saying :)
PS: markenlei You should come by Gouda and maybe put some roundabouts on camera near the "Julliana sluis" Or some other part of Gouda, I think that would be nice aswel, just a suggestion. Keep up the good work, looking forward to your every post!
