As India is doing its trade with USA, Russia is entitled to do its own for their own national interests. But supporting such a weak, unstable and double standard country like Pakistan could be dangerous for Russia.

I feel there is no need for india to worry at all. Pakistan is nowhere in between the main route of INSTC! Simply our cargo can go straight to Iran. Infact INSTC was made to bypass Pakistan! So what benefit can Pakistan's inclusion make? Definitely this is a result of Chinese Influence of Russia & nothing else! This will fade away without putting any hurdle to INSTC

Russia knows the truth of Pakistan. It has no substance to counter India. India should be happy enough to keep it that way. With Modiji in charge it won’t take much to take the credit. India needs multiple routes and is already working on it. Long term we need to reduce dependency on any single country. Eg russia for arms.
Don't want news but deeper geopolitical/geoeconomic analysis. I think this is good news for India.
Pakistan can use it more easily because Pakistan already have trade link with Iran and would need only once to load containers and unload them in Russia whereas India needs to ship first from India then unload in Iran load containers on trains or trucks then again load them on ship and unload in Russia. If india and Pakistan come to trade then there's a rail link between Pakistan and India and both countries use same rail Guage.
Surpriced India is so worried by this.
