DHS Announces $18.2 Million in Funding for Tribal Cybersecurity Efforts

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the first awards from the Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program (TCGP). Over $18.2 million in funds are being awarded to help Tribal Nations improve their cybersecurity and reduce cyber threats. Thirty-two tribal organizations will be receiving the funding, ranging from $18,000 dollars for the Aroostook Micmac Council, to over $3 million for the Inupiat Community of the Arctic Slope. #DHSfunding #Cybersecurity #TribalNations
