We call this limb lining . There’s plenty of limbs you don’t need to carry around them poles . Since you’re on private property you should try attaching a short piece of bicycle tire tube to main line , then put hook lines on those . A cat stretches that tire tube out and then when it pops back it’ll set the hook . This old gal loves catfishing .

Yappy you should try catching a salmon and cook it on the grill on a paper sack!!! You just take a brown paper sack put the salmon filet on the sack and cut around the filet no more then a 1/4” from the edge of the filet!! Then you can coat both sides with some oil or if you don’t have oil you can use some butter!!! Put the filet on the sack and put onto the grill and cook!!! No need to flip!!!
Grilled catfish is fantastic

Cooking in a iron skillet with catch fish is good. Doesn't take it log to heat the oil up. It's very good.

If you’re cooking it on the grill try wrapping it in foil, and putting some butter on it, with some onions, and lime it’ll be some really good! 10/10 recommend ..

Just a tip: you may want to check the ingredients list on the Uncle Bucks mix. Most of those type of products already contain way too much salt. Checking that before you put in additional spices might be a good idea. All ingredients are listed from the most to least amount per serving. Hope this information was helpful. Enjoy!
