yes it has phisical controlls the power buton turns on lights and changes the mode.... i have tested the same one

You don't have to press the touch buttons to change mode just double tap the on/off button, you can do single tap to turn lights on and off. Maybe i should do some reviews :)
Its a kick scooter and you can start without kicking by holding down the mode button or the one next to it can not remember now of the top of my head, I also notice you didn't say about the cruse control? Its just a shame the customer care is none existent if you buy direct from their website.

I love the look, the footstep in the back, the large display, and all the lights--which is odd they omitted turning signals--but it feels like this scooter wasn't made with urban riding in mind. That strap alone is a buzzkill.

i think cut off strap attachment thing. Then use a "Releasable Reusable Zip Tie" with strap

Mine lasted for 2 weeks.The battery gave out.I am a e scooter technician for twelve years These idiots are trying to say. I don't know how to test a battery then I send a video they claim they cannot open the video, but when you open the video that you send you can clearly open it. They're playing games trying not to refund my money. Trying not to take the scooter back. This company is very shady. You'll stay away.

Just want to say its great scooter but the customer care is none existent, I was caught out in a massive rain storm and my scooter broke i reached out via email over a month ago and heard nothing! i will be doing a post on trust pilot! I ended up fixing it my self and i also found a company in the UK that will come and collect the scooter them self's and fix.
So on the basis of customer care i would avoid!
