When a song goes out of fashion, it disappears from people's eyes, but this song is still exciting even after 60 years.
Um, lol, it's more like 50, but still, valid point. The Beach Boys and The Beatles would have bangers that have ruled for 60 years.
How do songs go out of fashion?
Mamma Mia, here we go again (2024🎉)

Why does this give me nostalgia from the time I wasn't even born?
Maybe you born, but in past life! I have nostalgia too!
Rád tu vidím nejakého slováka.
I lived in that era and it was great.
It happens to me too bro
Alica Horňáková To correct your English, you must say, 'Why do I feel nostalgic FOR a time before I was born', or '... for a time when I had yet to be born.'
You are the one who HAS nostalgia. Therefore you are nostalgic for, never from. And you cannot feel nostalgia, you feel nostalgic. Moreover, how can a song have nostalgia? How can a song, in and of itself without feeling, feel nostalgia? A song cannot give you nostalgia.
It's like 'happiness'. You don't say 'I have happiness for the easing of restrictions'. You say 'I feel happy for the easing of restrictions'. And you certainly don't say 'I have happiness from the easy of restrictions.'
Ha! These days you might also say, 'I feel nostalgic for the times before I was Björn.'

I've been cheated by you since I don't know when
So I made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn
I don't know how, but I suddenly lose control
There's a fire within my soul
and I can hear a bell ring
(One more look) and I forget everything, whoa

My my, just how much I've missed you
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go
Mamma Mia, now I really know
My my, I could never let you go
I've been angry and sad about things that you do
I can't count all the times that I've told you we're through
And when you go, when you slam the door
I think you know that you won't be away too long
You know that I'm not that strong
and I can hear a bell ring

Mamma Mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist you
Mamma Mia, does it show again
My my, just how much I've missed you
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go
Mamma mia, even if I say
Bye bye, leave me now or never
Mamma Mia, it's a game we play
Bye bye doesn't mean forever
Mamma Mia, here I go again

Ahh, the simple times when music videos was made for the music.
Youngfool Yes, when the song 'carried' the video. In 1975, half of household televisions in Britain were still black-and-white. Indeed, I imagine, most people in Latin America, if they had a TV, would have also had a black-and-white TV. Although colour broadcasting was introduced in Britain in 1970, the high cost of colour TVs meant for many having to watch Abba's win at Eurovision '74 in glorious black-and-white. So the opportunity to watch this video in mere colour, in early '76, when it hit no. 1, was a pleasure in itself, no matter how rudimentary the video is. I'm not joking! Money was tight for a lot of folk in the 1970s.

Benny was the only ABBA member who believed Mamma Mia would be the most successful song from the group's third studio album, ABBA (1975), since Björn, Frida and Agnetha put all their faith in I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, which they thought was a much better composition. Even though both of the songs had a great impact over everyone who listened to them at the time they were released, it is clear that Benny's prediction proved to be utterly correct, as Mamma Mia became not only one of ABBA's greatest hits after Dancing Queen, but also the song that put Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody out of the number one on the UK's charts in 1975.
And Waterloo
