    Can’t find any more information on hormone strain? I’m guessing there’s a study out there that proves this method to work better than general strength training

    Interesting. Does it mean that after 30 mins exercise seems to start feeling good if the cortisol drops?

      This bout of exercise would likely be relatively moderate throughout for a fit person. The drop in cortisol is likely not associated with improved perception of effort.
