I´m an engineer, and you´ve impressed me. Your solutions sometimes are a little bit crude (instead of rod-welding that fixture in the forks I should have designed and CNC-machined it) but I understand you work with limited resources. This type of machines would be a lifesaver in my country where rainy season is 6 months long, and there are plenty of accidents because of people falls off when riding under the rain. This surely would be helpful.
A solution so simple and effective that the manufacturers should have offered decades ago. Please try to write a phrase explaining the steps, it would be really useful too. I believe that I would add a small piece between the axis wheels, to make the setup a little bit stronger.
Please keep creating!

Excellent trick with shock absorber system, only two thing i recommed you for next video: implement a double brake system in front and a PVC cover for the battery compartment for more safety. Hey Go ahead, dont stop... long life creativity

This is the best way to convert any bike to a 3 wheeler and I was thinking about this way to do it about a year ago and now someone else was thinking the same thing but I am going to convert my 2003 996 Superhawk .
I already have the complete full additional front end for it but never got around to doing it ( you know to many projects ) But mine will be street legal and has tags on it already I just have to do the conversion. I also didnt want to have to weld anything I was looking for a way to just BOLT everything together .
Now that I watched this I have an Idea to convert my bike and NO WELDING Involved I hope

Good idea. if you have given extra two forks in outer side of the wheels, it will give strength to the wheel axis. Because there is more chance of axis to bend or broke when riding on bumps in this alteration.
