Here's a home hack that I have been using for decades. Instead of using shelf paper or liners, use peel and stick floor tile. It is extremely durable - it's designed to be walked on so it will definitely stand up to whatever you put in your closet/pantry. It cleans so easily with a damp cloth, cushions glass items and will never need to be replaced.
The GOAT is at it again. Some videos have people telling you what to do but never show you their before. You show your closets and how they look. And you are just like us. It's refreshing and helps so much.
I always love your suggestions. Did you know that the plastic trash can liners work well when you pull them from the center? I feel you might have an easier pull through that awesome fold-up crate if you pulled from the center of your roll of bags. The bags wouldn’t have to roll around in the container.
Hi! I've been on Earth nearly 69 years and am a bit OCD about organization. You are a joy to watch! I already do quite a few of the ideas you offer and they work well. Such as under the sink containers and in the frig. Containers. Actually I recently cleaned out my large freezer downstairs. Then we cleaned the side beside fridge/freezer. I went to my sewing room and got a couple new plastic bins to use on the freezer shelves to keep food from slipping out onto floor. Works great! No more digging around to find what I need, just pull out the bin. Viola'
It’s easy to store stuff when you have so little to store. 2 sets of towels and one blanket really! Show me how to organize my one linen closet with sheets, blankets, duvet, shams and pillows when you have 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 full and 2 twin sized beds. If you can manage that, I’ll be impressed. We need some real ideas Liz for real families. Nobody needs help organizing 4 pans. Who has 4 pans?
We are a large family (many beds). I keep sheets in an under the bed storage box I can just pull out when chsnging the sheets. Each bed has 2-3 sets of sheets.
For towels, each family member has one towel hsnging up rhat they are using and one in the cupboard. These have helped me, maybe they will help you, too. 😎
Thanks for trying, but I have already used the space under the beds for shoes, sports equipment, seasonal clothes and decorations. I tried space bags and that was a nightmare getting them out when they puffed up again under the bed. I’m going to keep watching and cross my fingers for a hack the will help me out. I loved the wicker baskets,and all the under the sink organizers and the basket that hangs under the shelf’s in ur pantry……I think that was my favorite!!!!!

I just cleaned out my linen closet this weekend- it was a dumpster fire! Now it is so clean and organized and I feel great! It was one of those projects that I was dreading but really didn’t take that long to do.

I absolutely love the alka seltzer plus fizz tablets. I ALWAYS use them. They work really fast and help those nasty symptoms of a cold to help you keep functioning.

I use my old bath and body works candles for glass jars
Wow. Looks awesome. Why didn't I think of using baskets for toilet paper and extra washcloths? And jars for all those bags of bath salts.
I fold all my sheet & bedding sets and then put them inside one of the pillow cases and then tuck the ends inside nice and neatly and then they all stack very neatly on the top shelf in each rooms closet they belong to and everything is together and ready when it is time to change the bedding.

Another hack for storing your trash bags, is to put them vertically on a paper towel holder. They slide on, and pull off so easily, plus take up very little space that way.

We personally dont keep a lot of cold meds on hand as once one of us gets sick, someone runs to the pharmacy 6 mins away & buys it. For the last 3 years no one has gotten sick (aside from c19).....i used to stockpile it but then threw it all out because it expired.

I love that large basket!!! 😲I bought that pan rack at Goodwill but it won't fit in my cupboard. I knew that's what it was for but my boyfriend argued it with me. LOL.. I will go on record to say that I was right.😁 And I'm gonna try the racks that slide under the shelf. Great idea!

I use the hanging shelves in my pantry and my cabinets in the kitchen. I also use the clear containers in my pantry and my fridge. FYI... Ross has them for a lot cheaper than Wal-mart

I use to have to clean / organize my linen closet every 6 months or so .... until I went to the Dollar Tree and got some of their big Ben's.. I put Queen size sheets in one ... Twin size in another . I used a smaller one for those extra pillow cases in and other Ben's to hold other stuff like table cloths / curtains and so on !!! Now I love it and it stays organized!!!

I was able to find some great containers at Ikea. It's nice to keep it looking neat (even if everything isn't folded inside) 👌 🙂
I use the pan organizer but flip it the other way ( like how you had it on the counter when you first started talking about it 8:22) and stack different size plates on it

Great ideas! Just some of them are just too expensive esp for single parent household.Uggg. Those glass jars with tops are nice. I found glass jars with silver top at DT last year. My go to is DT first or Thrift shops.
A better idea would be a linen closet that will actually stay that way (you KNOW it won't stay the way you put it...you'll add more "stuff" to all that dead space in there)
