Gotta love Hamza, he was the one that introduced me to concepts like self improvement, instant gratification, delayed gratification, meditation, journaling, etc.
I'm still in the early stages, but I feel like my life is slowly getting better thanks to this man.

Will never not feel inspired, motivated and immensely proud, being a long time fan, of where Hamza is right now and all the deserved recognition and success he’s getting recently. Always been such a relatable, honest and genuine guy and I know I speak for thousands when I say I would be no where near the point I am now in my self improvement journey without him
It's incredible to see how far Hamza has come - him starting to really be consistent in 2020 shows how you can completely change your entire life with focused energy towards your mission

I look back on 2022 and at first I told myself how terrible it was. I didn't necessarily achieve anything spectacular, but on seconds thoughts, 2022 has been an absolutely incredible year for me and I'm sure for everyone else for self improvement. People such as Hamza, or the Tate brothers have influenced so many young men to change up their act. Of course men and women have their individual struggles, however it's clear to see from all the male influencers in 2022, that for whatever reason, mens mental health had a rapid decrease this past year and over covid. I am nowhere near where I want to be financially or mentally right now, but I can say I've made incredible improvements because of these men.
Great pod Mike and Hamza. Listening to this whilst burning myself out on a run. Both of you helping men and teenagers across the globe.

A lot of people just listen to literally everything their favorite influencers say without even second guessing it. It’s good to know even if your a big fan of someone, what information that they say that is valuable to you, and what information is not valuable

Great podcast guys, Mike, If you get around to reading this as you're on your phone so much, I have been stretching for around a year now. I just follow a youtube video for around 15 mins. It's difficult initially, but when you have done it 20, 25, 30 times it becomes more muscle memory. I always think of it as loosening up my body and when you are done it does feel much better. Especially after leg day or something.
I followed Mike after the Tristan interview and now Hamza is on the podcast. Keep it up Mike!
