Ingredients:
1 kg Mutton
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garlic paste
8-10 green chillies paste
1 lemon juice
1 cup yogurt
coriander and mint leaves
1 cup oil
3 onions
1 tsp pepper corns
6-7 cloves
1 Mace
1 black cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
7-8 green cardamom
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
18-20 broken cashews paste
2 tbsp milk cream
1 kg rice
2 bay leaves
4-5 cloves
4 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp salt
1/2 lemon 🍋 juice
