Nice looking test slide. Like the design of the CD logo here, reminds me of their previous slide.

That's a nice touch to have the CD logo brighten during the Attention Signal. If I had seen that as a little kid, it would have terrified me even more than the average EBS test did.
The second such test from this station I've watched on here, and their both pretty good ones too.
Nice! So now we know that this card replaced the previous purple CD card that was used since the late-1980s.
I know there's one from 1993, but I wonder if there's any from the 1980s/1970s as it used a similar blue background as this one...I think.
Never saw that one before (of course, I left Philly in ‘94). Would like to see the WPVI EBS in the 80s.
I think you could find it somewhere on here, not sure which channel but I have it saved to a playlist on my channel dubbed Emergency Broadcast System!

I know someday KYW 3 as CBS, WCAU 10 either as CBS or NBC EBS Test will be uploaded or maybe WHYY 12 as well.
