    People also need to realise that, desiring a law degree may not just open doors for litigation but also, corporate executives on higher posts are looking for a LLB or LLM to go ahead and be part of the company’s policy making bodies - which deal in regulatory compliance and safeguard the organisation from any breaches.
    Considering the scope of a law degree to a mere step towards litigation or legal research would be superficial. In the current market, a degree in a law gives you a command over others - not because of the sense authority but because of the conduct and compliance aspects to the regulatory measures.

    In the first place I'm not getting a good senior lawyer under whom I can gain experience... Now a days I just found out that these senior lawyers aren't interested to give us scope and guidance. They just take us for granted and leave drained out without even giving practical knowledge... They are really manipulative.
    But I advise, never loose hope. In other sectors, other professions are literally stressful.. Doctors and Lawyers are considered as Nobel professions. Whatever may be the age, just we need to earn money through the degrees which we have attained.

    • @Legalvise
      @Legalvise  Před 2 lety +1

      I understand your point. It is difficult and it's very natural for most seniors to give priority to their schedule rather than a fresher who they have just met. In such a situation I can suggest you to try to convince such seniors on certain points which i have mentioned in these videos and try to learn as much possible.

    Hi Sir,
    Thanks for this video, watching after 2 years of upload.
    as you mentioned at the very beginning of the video (1:00Min), My circumstances led me to decide to pursue LAW. and my situation is exactly what you have told in the example. Victim of FALSE 498A.
    I want to pursue LLB and fight my OWN case. I am 31 years old, having Mtech degree.
    Seeking guidance on the following Questions.
    1. Is it possible to Pursue LLB as a external Student? will it be recognized by a bar council ?
    2. I have seen people doing LLB while working and they go to collage to give exam only. there is no attendance compulsion. but when I ask in collage they are like courses are full time only, classes need to attended on regular basis. please guide and give clear picture.
    3. Doing Internship while pursuing LLB would be the part of the curriculum right ? or one can do it right after he joins the course. in that case how to maintain balance between Theory and practical learning ratio.
    apart from these could you also share few video links of yours which you think would be helpful for me to watch considering my situation.
    Thanks in advance.

      Civil Service is about clearing exams and requires convincing during the interview that you are the best. Maybe with a law degree you could use it as an advantage. Law degree not mandatory as it totally depends on how you present yourself. For salary check online as it changes every year as per govt budget.
