pacman honestly, this video has more than sparked my interest because with most music, I like it and listen. With this, I want to watch the story. I NEED to. I have chills. I think I got the message: she was pure (white) and then he took control of her, raped her, made her his, and now shes dark (black)? And in the end when she was back in the forest she could no longer be pure because she had already been touched (memories still haunt her) and she longs to be what she used to be.
Only if I could shed tears instead of being callous and numb to how this resonates with me

Wow..very moving & powerful. I graduated from art school with a slight resentment towards it, and this video made me remember why I went it the first place. Creating a voice for thousands of people, who've lost their voice, is a beautiful thing that's greatly appreciated.

Great way of putting it. Typically I find interpretive dancing to be lame...lacks a voice despite efforts, you just can't HEAR what they are saying. And completely not the case here.

This is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. Ive been many places where "true art" was shown. France, Italy, SPain, England, here in America... But nothing can compare to the strength, beauty, and deep meaning of this masterpiece. Art should stand for something, make you feel something, make the world a better place, and this video... this perfect dance between two people... Is true art, inspiring and courageous. Its been 3 years since I was with my abusive ex fiance. He was in jail for 9 months and during that time my emotional and mental well being depleted so badly that I went to psychiatric care as well as a 3 month rehab stint that curbed some of my dependency issues, but not the drinking. I saw this video on Facebook one day, and immediately burst into tears. I'm not an emotional person. After finding this video I set the second chorus of this song as my ringtone specifically for when my ex fiance was calling me.
I have PTSD related to my ex, now. I cant go to certain places without feeling physically ill. I cant hear certain sounds without being taken out of the present and going somewhere really, very dark. It doesnt happen often, but when it does, its gut wrenching. So I look up this song sometimes when I can stand it. And whenever I get to that point in the song where the synth starts screaming in the background as the tension in the videos choreography builds (the same part of the song that was my ringtone for so long) a part of me always crumbles a little bit more inside. But it's so damn beautiful that I cant help but come back again. Thank you guys. I cant tell you how much this song and video quite literally saved my life back during that time. I think of it often.

This is exactly that: breathtaking. One of your BEST! I feel you managed to tell the story throughout the whole video and made it transparent in all the best ways. You embodied the song entirely and to almost perfection. I'm not even gonna get into that choreography 'cause that was plain insane. This REALLY came across.
