VINTAGE Tamiya 1/32 scale F-14A Tomcat - old kit but still a good kit?

So back in 1991, 16 year old me got this kit from my parents for Christmas. I never finished it and ending up selling it.
So I’ve bought a replacement from eBay in the same boxing that I originally had and will look to get it finished this time!

I have a Monogram 1/72 B52 which I bought in 1989, I started building it in 1990 got the fuselage together got the wings on and that was it, still not finished. Your video has now inspired me to go and finally finish building it.

Good idea, Dave. I too have been revisiting kits of my youth, including kits I coveted but never managed to get; Tamiya Panzer II, the toy shop said they'd get me one in but never did; kits I completely arsed-up; Hanomag, Sabre, Wirlwind, in fact, most of them, with hindsight...
Model making is much more fun when not funding it with lunch money change 😂
