I love this commentary video, being able to see your strategies as you roll is a great teaching tool. I learned many details like holding the belt and standing on two hands and kicking leg out during single leg x that I normally wouldn’t have learned on a single video. Keep them coming! OSS

Nice rolling commentary. I have your lasso instructional and enjoy your content. That lasso sweep when opponent cross faces you is so beautiful.
I love how you're letting everyone work and not go directly for a sub. I need to learn from this! I also love the Lasso guard and how we can hold it without getting tired even with big guys. I will add the stand-up to leg sweep into my lasso game. You were nice not to hit them sneaky wrist locks from lasso! Ouss!

Marcos I have question for you please if you can give me advice about this. I was watching your lasso guard youtube videos and you said stay on the side when doing the lasso guard. I was drilling with some higher belts and they said when you put the leg in go back on your back because it’s more tighter. But you said keep on the side , so what can I do? Big OSSSS
Yes gets more tighter but you love your leverage of sweeping because the power comes from your hip.. I have been doing this position for 18 years lol trust me on this one. On your side is better to sweep and you have more mobility, on your back is easy to get stuck 🤷🏻♂️.. maybe you should ask them more details from there they should give you a good ideas BIG OSS ( side notes) nothing against who like to plate flat on their back it’s just my opinion ok?!
