It will be better if you shift the water tank behind the house beside the kitchen. This will free up the entrance to your house making it smarter since the water tank area is bound to be usually wet due to a needed side tap.
Plumbing is everything that is done for water , piping is a part of wiring its the pipe used to run the wires in the wall instead of running it on the walls where it will not look as nice
Diana, you're doing amazing, what we normally do when we're building is you get the foundation, and roofing done and then you buy the materials take a break from the actual building, and just gather all your materials stock them up, and once you are ready to hire people to start you have all your materials ready. Congrats on everything, you'll get there take your time and do it well, your hard work is becoming a reality love.

I love you have the space in the restroom to have the shower near the window than a small wall to separate the toilet and vanity with sink. Also you kitchen is very nice and have room for a refrigerator, cooker, and sink under the window plus plenty of lower cabinet storage. Please please do not put the kitchen cabinets up very high because you are short like me ❤.
