I don't know why, but I cried too! I don't even like running and despite of that this is so inspiring! She has inspired me a lot through the pandemic, and it makes me very happy that she's growing this much :)

Congrats, so glad you enjoyed it! As someone who struggled with achilles problems for about 4 years, please don’t make the mistake I did thinking that I could rehab it while exercising. For 4 years I had an achilles injury on and off - did physio and proper rehab but it kept coming back. The only thing that actually healed it was 4 weeks of absolutely no exercise and icing it three times a day. I wish I had known that at the beginning, it would have saved me so much frustration!

Watching some one I’ve never met, run in a marathon I will never compete in, finish it, was surprisingly emotional. Especially after your last video.
3hrs 37mins is incredible time with the type of injury you had. You’ve now got to stay off it for a couple of months, enjoy Christmas and get back to it in January.
