Can we all just agree Danny is just a dayumn powerhouse of a vocalist? Incredible range scream or not, power notes like a God, and screams that can melt faces. I'm so glad he's been working on himself vocally, mentally, and physically. Dude is doing great and working on all aspects of his life and I'm so happy for him
In my opinion this high 80's rock style scream he does now sounds a lot cooler then his metalcore vocals from back in the day so I would take this Danny anydays.
Danny has proven many times he is capable, I mean did anyone see Danny with the other members of Suicide Silence? He did the entire screams for the song The Price of Beauty. Actual monster screams. But I honestly think whatever Danny is happy doing for himself is his choice, he does have a good singing voice too, so I can understand why he wouldn't want to destroy it.
In terms on singing he has had the biggest glow up I have ever seen in a vocalist if you listen to him in suas (which is still good and I still love) vs now it is NIGHT AND FUCKING DAY he has become without a doubt one of the greatest singers/ screamer of all time.

Dude If a band started in a genre and changed it slightly afterwards, It's totally fine cuz people grow as persons and as musicians. Here's an example : Pantera is one of the best metal bands to ever exist, before their blow up in the hardcore metal scene they were glam/hair metal. If they didn't change their sound we may have never heard those legendary songs from them 🤷🏻♂️.
