I Avoided the Boeing 737 MAX 9 | United Airlines Trip Report

My trip from Las Vegas to Washington D.C. took a detour thanks to the grounding of the 737 MAX! ✈️ Instead, I got a free re-booking with a connection in San Francisco (SFO). Check out this United Airlines Trip Report and Flight Experience.
The flight itself was pretty smooth, with some amazing views of the Sierra Nevada mountains along the way. The plane was full, but as a Star Alliance Gold member, I enjoyed some perks:
Relaxing and quiet United Club access in Vegas.
Priority boarding (group 1) and a comfy preferred seat (regular economy, closer to the front).
We flew on a Boeing 737-900ER instead of the original 737 MAX. ✈️
Overall, a good experience despite the change of plans!

Extraordinary report and I certainly hope you had a great day, it seems like you had a favourable experience and quite an exciting opportunity for being onboard as for the class of travel. Woah, nice view of Vegas and of the airport on climb out! That’s great you could choose an adventure due to the MAX fiasco and what a nice treat to fly on a wide body domestically.
