Central China’s fatal power plant blast caused by burst steam pipe, killed at least 21

A preliminary investigation has suggested that a high-pressure steam pipe burst at around 3:20 p.m., Thursday local time. At least 21 people were killed, and five others are injured, with three of them in critical condition. A doctor said all of the injured are suffering from severe burns and are now in the ICU.
