Indulge into one of the Famous Indian Tiffin Recipe - Rava Kichadi. Learn the right and authentic recipe which I got taught by my old Chef Mr. Sundaram. This has been my favorite and unchanged recipe for past 15 years! Loaded with colorful veggies and cooked to perfection, topped with ghee!
Ingredients
நெய் - தேவையான அளவு
ரவை - 1 CUP
நல்லெண்ணெய் - 2 TSP
கேரட் - 1
பீன்ஸ் - 4
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 2
மஞ்சள் தூள் - தேவையான அளவு
வெங்காயம் - 1
தக்காளி - 1
கடுகு - ¼ TSP
பட்டை - தேவையான அளவு
லவங்கம் - தேவையான அளவு
ஏலக்காய் - தேவையான அளவு
சோம்பு - தேவையான அளவு
முந்திரி - 10
இன்ஜி பூண்டு விழுது - 1 TSP
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
கறிவேப்பிலை - தேவையான அளவு
கொத்தமல்லி - தேவையான அளவு

Today i tried this recipe. It came very nice। Not even a day my kichidi came so soft and without lumps. I followed all ur measurement and timings of adding ingredients. Only dint add curry leaves because here in Punjab we don't get curry leaves in shops.
