  • Today we will see how to make Kaadai 65 biryani in seeragasamba rice.We are going to make crispy fried kaadai and fried onions and then assemble the biryani with other spices. The main difference between this biryani and the 65biryani is that the fried kaadai pieces have a crispy outer surface which adds additional taste and the crispy bits and seeragasamba rice adds more contrasting flavor to the rice.
