Aquarius 6H, with Neptune: I feel more grounded when I’m outside in grass or stretching there. // I also noticed that using weights while exercising helps me feel more stable, grounded.
Aries in my 6th house and I hate starting workouts but I always feel so freaking euphoric and freeing after I do! Plus, I notice at work I can work like a maniac with no breaks everyday. Barely sip water or eat. I’m just so obsessed with banging work out and going home. Also, I’m a Scorpio rising so, no middle ground here. You know what it is. That’s why I intentionally try to avoid extra work and over time because if I start I won’t know how to stop and it can later feel that I’m being taken advantage of because everyone sees a hard worker and will work me to death.
Okay so its the accuracy for me, my 6h is cancer and I literally do African dance workouts at home with my mom, or do group zumba classes with her, if not I'm dancing, doing pilates or yoga by myself!! wow

Scorpio 6th house and I love these suggestions to do pole dancing exercise classes! I have done one before and I absolutely loved it. I'm looking forward to getting a pole in my apartment. I'm also interested in hot yoga for sure and partner dance classes.

I've been trying to expand my understanding of the 6H for awhile now as my previous knowledge of it didn't really seem to resonate. This was SO insightful! I am exercise-phobic (self-diagnosis of course hehe) although there are some things I've been secretly into for YEARS such as belly dancing, yoga, and extreme flexibility. My 6H is in Pisces. Since I got sciatica a few yrs ago I've been going to PT and learning purposeful, slow movements. I've learned in PT that I am a lot more physically fit than I thought, and thusly am getting more into exercise. My progressed Sun is in Aries/6H too (it just entered)!

I have Capricorn, but my spine issues prevents me from working out. I wish I had a pool. I do love to swim and have always loved the water. Swimming is one of the exercises my doctor would allow me to do. She won't let me bike anymore because the terrain makes my spine issues worse. I used to LOVE kickboxing. This is pretty on point. Everything takes longer with Capricorn. I'm 42 and just now really starting to take care of myself. I do have Venus 9 degree Cap there.

I have a cap 6h with Neptune and Uranus in Capricorn as well. Honestly I can be sometimes lazy when thinking about doing my workouts but I eventually do them right after lol. I have Mars in Leo in my first house that is also Leo. I think I dislike the idea of working out but I do love my body and want better for myself in the end. Also I admire the marital art capoeira due to the dancing movements, I think I prefer a martial art regimen over a regular 20x10 weight set.
