How long do you boil the chocolate in water?
You should not have to boil it. Just put it in very hot water that will melt it. Could heat the water in microwave.
Until it melt which shouldn't take too long.
About a day & a half should do

Crushed pistachios or pecans would be better but looks yummy !
I think that's way too much fruit in each one. Less is more
With this type of recipe/ingredients it's totally customizable to the individual's liking 👍
