Chad presidential election campaigning ends

Chad's presidential election campaigns officially closed over the weekend ahead of the presidential vote on Monday. The two main candidates, Chad's transitional President Mahamat Idriss Deby and his prime minister Succes Masra, addressed their supporters in the capital N'Djamena as the country heads towards its first polls in three years.
