This WVU team was flying around on defense hitting hard! They’re ranked 26th in the country if I’m not mistaken as well, this is just a good defense game we aren’t use to seeing in the Big 12. Fans need to get off their high horse and enjoy the win and be thankful we are still undefeated after a crazy and record setting season where ranked teams are getting beat.
It will get better, guys. The O Line will gel and things will start to click. Thank God we have a good defense, though, to save our asses while this improvement happens.
Imagine being 100-135 with 1,017 yards throwing and getting boo’d because your receiver ran a wrong route(Riley confirmed this in his post game, he also said it was the people around him talking about this o-line who if you didn’t know was still getting rotated around this game..) btw we only had 18 carries with 55 yards from our running back. WVU was rushing 3/4 the whole game and still getting to us while being able to drop 8 in coverage because we was being predictable. Fans have to be better, that was embarrassing and sad , we are the Pride of Oklahoma so either show it or get a new team cause we don’t want what Switzer would call micro germs fans lmao
Just so y’all know, booing your own team not only makes them play worse, but it also hurts recruiting. This team has all of the parts to be extremely good and will only get better. If the offensive line can learn and improve from this poor performance they can get a stronger run game going, which in turn, opens up the pass game. Spencer Rattler is not playing bad, he just has no time in the pocket. So chanting “WE WANT CALEB'' isn't contributing anything. The fact that in an interview Marvin Mims said “we [the team] are all we got'' shows that they believe that a home game isn’t an advantage anymore and even their own fans are against them. To the student section and other fans who were booing and chanting: Getting caught up in emotion and frustration is understandable, but you’ve got to be better. We are supposed to show up for the team, if we don't, the team will not show up for us.

Don’t think Rattler should be benched but use Caleb as the speedy qb for a couple plays a drive like wvu was doing
