I can't believe that you guys canceled this! i played the original Command and Conquer Generals for 10 years! very disappointed EA
Not releasing this game was probably their biggest mistake ever.
Here's my feedback and I speak for EVERY C&C player: Bring Westwood back and kindly fuck off EA.
I'd forgive you guys though if you add Yuri in RA3 and Rising Sun in RA2.

TBH I Like C&C (Generals 2) looks pretty stunning hope it's final release is stunning to.

You can still play in no rush games, you could always rush even in the first cnc.
although I do kinda wish it just looked like an upgraded version of the previous of C&C Generals rather than remaking the entire look.
Okay that Toxin commander isn't a Toxin Commander. She's General Nitro. As Dr. Thrax is back at the game. And at the beginning of making of Generals 1, they were really panning to make GLA Aircrafts! But they didn't continue for some reason. So quit it.
Every cnc was good except cnc 4 so don't rush but please RELEASE IT !!!!

they started this mid-match, matches in command & conquer take a while until you will see some real action since you build your base and get upgrades a lot in the beginning of the game. i think company of heroes 2 is way faster since you cant turtle

frostbite things (smoke,fire..etc):9/10
units(size,details,graphics,,,etc):6.5/10
superpowers:8/10
reality(compared by generals 1 ) : 6/10
overall:8.7/10

the dislike is for the fact that players may need to pay thousands with still no way to complete the game. The game can be ongoing for 5years. As an owner of General 2 and all other command and conquer games - I just want to pay the money - one time - complete all the missions in 2 weeks. Pay for the expansion pack 6 months from now. Complete the missions and wait for Command and Conquer 4 (general 4) two to three years from now! I do not want to play the same games for 5years.

+Command & Conquer and +Electronic Arts How are you going to let this amazing game franchise just die! C&C Generals 2 with the Frostbite engine looked amazing! I would have paid money for the game, or if it were free to play I would have purchase items to help support the game. I don’t understand how you could just drop an almost complete game that has been around since the mid 90s. I seriously hope you guys can keep this franchise alive, I mean the C&C CZcams Channel haven’t had a video posted on it in over 3 years! Quit wasting time on “C&C Tiberium Alliances” That needs to be scraped ASAP and use that effort in to creating better then what you has in store for C&C Generals 2 Frostbite 2 engine.

Started playing C&C in '95 or '96. I was a die hard fan up until Generals when they scrapped the build interface and the cut scenes that defined the brand. When I watch this now I cant even believe this is associated with those old games. It's like seeing an old friend but neither of you recognise each other anymore. Just looks like a characterless generic RTS. I wonder what Sperry would say?
It looks really good. Considering that there are sooo many RTS games out there to compete with, I think EA is doing a pretty good job of keeping up with the competition. Also, I'm a big Generals/ZH fan so I'm really looking forward to this even more :) Oh and the announcement of missions is awesome news!

Looks like the original generals, but with updated graphics... which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Wouldn't mind a little more new features though... I guess they're probably just taking a safer approach, rather than taking the chance that they'll give it too many new features and ruin the classic feel of generals.
Not sure though, can't say much until it's released (when the fuck?).
