It would be such a blessing if you opened a shopping list of everything in your fridge that are MUST- HAVES for you and Finneas’ daily vegan diet. I want to go vegan but I have no idea where to start or what even taste good👍🏾❤️
unless you have a very big budget for food i don’t think that’s a good idea, they eat a lot of expensive stuff hahah which is okay, if i had their money id eat like that too 😂 but you can be vegan without all the processed goods that are probably staples for them, with beans, legumes, veggies, nuts, pasta, rice, etc
Veganism can be very cheap as long as you don’t buy processed vegan meats. Even then you can make vegan meats at home which is also cheap
@@JosefaTejeda I’m not actually gonna buy any of the foods they have(if it too expensive for me) I’ll probably find a cheaper option but it’d be cool to know what ingredients in general I would need though
Don't go vegan. A diet that requires a bunch of pills to stay alive is not sustainable. Why not look into vegetarianism instead?

try this sweet potato fry recipe: (it's our family favorite and super simple)
2 sweet potatoes, cut into fry shapes
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
sea salt & pepper
425F for 20-25 min in oven

A tip for the salad, I love frying really small bits of the Beyond Vegan mince and cooking them until crispy and then add them into the salad and it literally mimics bacon bits to an insane degree where I find myself doubting if its vegan!
