Sir thanks for your recipe i tried it today and iit was perfectly fine even without the annato seed. I just need to lessen the sugar next time to 1cup since i am not into sweets lately. I put cheese and yema (left over from the brazo de mercedes i made din today from your recipe) as toppings for my kids. I steamed it in low med heat for 30min and made a total of 20 big kutsinta.

Mas perfect ang cassava flour. Mas madali pa lutuin. 20 mins lang. Sobrang tamis pa ng 1 1/2cup sugar.

I tried it and I followed the recipe, ingredients and measuring... it was too sweet and I even followed the time to cook but it was hard... but, I will keep on trying to make it better... however, thank you for the ideas... 😊😊😊 more videos to come

For those who are asking if it's soft or not, it's actually not that soft. It's not that hard either. I cook it for 20min instead of 30min using the one for torta.
It actually taste nice if you put cheese on top ♥️

I dont think so kasi po pampakulay ang anato seeds. So kung walang ganon magiging puti kutsinta nyo.

You could still. The Anato color is like food coloring. You can make a different color you want if you wishes to. The Anato color is the traditional that we grew up with.
