I'm so glad someone has mentioned this GODDAMN HAVANA OUTFIT bug and the north Wheelie bug
The ways in which they sneakily cut corners to finish building this game in 9 months interests me a lot. That two-house block with the Rockstar logo pool was literally copied and pasted across the street. They mirrored the model of both houses, changed one pool to a tennis court and called it a day. They also did the same thing to the houses on opposite ends of Starfish Island (next to each bridge).
Also, there are three particular buildings on Ocean Drive that get repeated in the exact same order 3 or 4 times, sometimes only separated by one or two unique buildings.

The Havana outfit has been fixed now
I always wondered why the Havana outfit did that on my original save but not my second save. Almost 20 years later, I finally know. Thanks!

actually, most of bugs isn't a bugs but places to perform "Out of Bounds" glitch
