As my daughter gave this to me, among other gifts, I was determined to be successful with it so as to not disappoint her. With patience, I developed a technique that allowed me make fine dumpling. I found that as usual, one must wet the edges. Also, I found that moving the ram down slowly and holding the mold lightly with my left hand added stability. The dumplings after a few error learning curve, emerged perfectly. Whil I can hand produce, I now prefer this.
