Synopsis: After the events of Feelings 1 we find Victor and Bibi waking up in the middle of the city. Lost in their ways and being the only people who knew the plans of the Agency upon the city they decide to warn the police forces about their imminent attack, but doing that won't be an easy job for them thanks to the Patova's mafia who still owe a bullet for Victor and will chase him to death to make his work harder. Follow Victor and Bibi once again in this retro adventure and see how far this duo can go.

Ending explanation: As our protagonists stand surrounded by the Agency, they slowly began to realize they were playing vicariously as a diversion to allow the Agency to sneak into the city and ambush them all by surprise, everything from now on is lost and the city is condemned forever to be the epicenter of the chaos that is imminently going to be unleashed all over the world and who knows where else. As the screen starts to fade out into darkness, the hopes upon our heros start to vanish into perdition.
One of the best animations of madness, this will be remembered as a jewel in history. It was a pride to have give you a hand with the project, to many more projects and may the retrowave never stop! Aguanten las empanadas!

I like how the enemies actually feel competent and not useless in this series compared to the original mc and other fan animations
Of course the main duo still completely demolish everyone they come across, but it feels like they actually have trouble or get overwhelmed a bit in some fights, there are even segments where they are saved by pure coincidence or because someone else accidentally saved them where they could very easily be killed
The cops aren't very good at their jobs. They killed more people then they arrested. An in what world do cops get buzz saws as standard issue?

it might correlate to that one moment in feelings episode 1.5 where he does the same thing and gets shot

This was batshit insane. and bro...the designs and the environment....( chef's kiss) 10/10. Can't part3 . hope its 20.
Competent enemies? They missed many damn near point-blank shots, took way too long to react to obvious threats, and then just run away at the end
@@four-hornsproductions6502 many of them actually put up a fight,took cover,dodge bullets and actually wounded the protagonist. Doses of plot-armor sprinkle here and there Doesnt ruined the favor of a chaotic masterpiece.
@@gutsonthemic5261 So many of these fights just rely on the MCs slightly moving side to side and the enemies missing, or taking a long time to react. The MCs get visibly injured a whole three times, once when Victor gets hit at the beginning (which doesn't affect anything else for the rest of the animation), once when Bibi gets stabbed in the hand (she then uses this hand like normal to swing a sword), and then when she gets shot out of nowhere at the end. It's hardly a chaotic masterpiece, just poorly strung-together fights that only pose a challenge to the MCs when the plot needs it to.

Best Madness movie i've ever seen. The backgrounds, the quality, the sprite variation, choreography, smoothness, you name it. It is perfect
I love how the police and the mafia have a different kinds of combat skills. The elite basically dodges 2 times at the first scene of the war, although the greaser are more than just a threat to victor and bibi. They are just some well-skilled gangsters who put up a better fight in different scenes unlike maffiny (idk how to spell that) maffiny basically can tank alot of shots or stabs. They have the same skill like the nexus support. And the guard and cop let me guess. Those 2 characters possesses different combat abilities their not really skilled enough to fight victor, bibi and the others. Guard can dodge once which makes it a better fight between guard, but the cop is just... Complete dog-water they don't dodge but they are useful for patrolling, breaching, or grouping with different squads the cops do get trained because how they get many kills of eliminating the mafia.
The cops are more different than the elite, the elite have a different combat skill than the cop does. Anyways the detective is more like the squad leader of the retropolis police team they take more kills than the elite or greaser does the detective dodges alot and takes longer time to die. The cops get commanded by the detective like
"Hey, John give me a sword" the cops gave him an sword the cops and the mafia just have different combat abilities like Victor and Bibi.
Although the mafia and the police are more than just a background character because how many they are and how many they die fast.

I love how this series makes you actually FEAR the AAHW. The anticipation for those small moments of opportunity for our protagonists to try to alert the police, only to see at the end that it didn't mean a damn in the end. Makes it all the crazier thinking that an Agency this competent can made to look like meer cannon fodder by Hank and the crew even more insane. Guess that's how the regular populace perceives them through their eyes, and it definitely shows!
God only knows what Nexus Core could ever look like. I'd imagine the rumors around them being honestly unstoppable wouldn't be that far-fetched.
Also love the gang and police designs as well, all of them having a variety of different skill.
Over-all, the colors, the 80s style that this series emits, 10/10, one of the best pieces of Madness animation out here!
The A.A.H.W Should be the better than the Nexus Core
And a part of me wonders if things would go different with the MERC’s Sheriff has on the industrial sector, see if they are actually competent

The gore, the backgrounds, the action (from the melee fights to ranged combat) FUCKIN EVERYTHING IS JUST GOLD

Loved the part where he ate some chocolate after jabbing himself with, what I assumed to be, an insulin pen. Sure it might not be anything substantial to keep him going for a while, but if he ate that whole bar, bro is going to be fine for quite a bit of time.. Also loved how he tested his glucose levels by putting some blood on his finger from his open wound lmao.

Clearly one of the best animations of 2022 with "Operation: District 14" by Jeremotas.
After more than a year, here it is, and I am clearly not disappointed.
So as usual, I'm going to divide my review into positive and negative points.
Let's start with the positive points.
-The animation: The movements are all extremely satisfying to see, you can really feel the blows made by the characters, for example at 13:12, 11:33 or 11:47.
- Enemies: As in episodes 1 and 1.5, the enemies are smart and really pose a threat to both protagonists.
Take the mafia for example (at least from my point of view), the Greaser is more agile and can do some acrobatics, the Maffiny, due to his size will do huge damage in close combat, bonus, he resists gunfire for a while.
It's cool to see that BiBi and Victor have a hard time fighting the mafia, for example: ( at 3:58, 9:51, 10:09 or 11:45)
The set: The sets are perfect and very detailed, you can see soda cans here and there, video tapes, graffiti or advertising posters.
The 1:48 and 9:43 sets are by far my favorites.
-The posters: Like the previous episodes, they are very well done overall, I like the fact that you reference other community animations, for example:(Rush City 2 at 2:36, Madness 420 at 6:27 or Madness Deathwish 3 at 10:33).
-The look of the protagonists and antagonists (the police and the mafia):
The police (the cop and the elite) were redesigned for this episode and honestly, they look great.
The detective is clearly one of the most badass with his scar and frown.
The mafia, probably one of the most successful, I love the little details you put in their faces (the percings, the prominent cheekbones, the eyebrows or the bandages).
-The collaboration you had with other animators:
I was hesitant at first because I was afraid that the other animators wouldn't be able to follow and that it would "break" the rhythm of the animation, but fortunately this is not the case, most of the animators understood your style, which gives an excellent rendering (the scenes with Jeremotas and Soapac are by far the best).
-Dialogue lines: As for episode 1.5, they look great, it's cool that you put different fonts for Victor, BiBi and the others.
The blood is very well done overall, nothing to complain about.
Now, the negatives (most of them are minimal):
-I know it's a bit of a killjoy to say it but it's a shame that Greaser dies so easily at 12:42, I would have liked him to have faced some acrobatic moves or something.
-The animation is sometimes a bit stiff, at 2:44 for example.
-I don't understand why this Guard stays completely frozen instead of reacting, taking a weapon or running away for example (at 9:25).
These are the only negative points I could see.
Now, the list of things I noticed.
- There is a news bulletin that gives a summary of the situation, for example at 1:56 where we see wanted criminals (a Greaser and a Guard), or at 6:45 and 12:25.
- I like the fact that Victor doesn't act the same way towards the cops as towards the mafia, he tries (at least at the beginning) to do as little harm as possible, for example: (at 3:02 or 3:53)
-Citizens film BiBi after she kills a Greaser, at 6:01.
-A very angry Greaser after BiBi pulls out his hair, at 10:15.
Phew, this review is finally over,
honestly, this animation should have won the top spot in the MD.

I believe that the patova guard decided to freeze up because of a few reasons mainly due to,
1. Bad position. He was in the midst of a bunch of people dying, and there were basically no weapons around he could use, including ones dropped by patovas because they were still alive.
2. Fight/Flight. Hope you noticed his hands shaking, it means it shows that he really didn't know what to do in his situation, so he just looked around (or Freezed, third option actually) to find anything he could do. Running would be too slow in his situation, anyway.

this is a year old comment, but i’d like to share a few things i noticed here.
1:50 if you look closely at the wanted posters here, you can learn the names and bounties of some of the criminals shown, and a few of them show up in this animation.
1:52 to the left, is a board explaining the patova mafia.
1:57 a police officer picks up a coin, and flips it.
2:57 short glimpse of a citizen here.
3:02 different fonts for respective characters.
4:14 retropolis notice sign.
8:19 mannequin wearing patova shades, this could imply that the mafia stole the shades from various clothes shops.
9:10 hotel staff possibly being held captive.
11:03 look closely in the helicopter’s window, new variant if the RJF elite??
probably way, way more details to be noticed but just listed some i found.
This is so good, I love the way every enemy is super smart and feel like everyone is a big threat. 10/10

The wait was absolutely worth it for the final result. The backgrounds, the unique character design, and the combat itself have really made this animation extremely interesting and entertaining. Can’t wait for the next episode!
I LOVE IT not only the combat but the gaurds arent just complete unrealistic dog crap due to the fact they can actually leave a mark on our main character

I love this i love mc but this one is amazing i love that the city isn't all gray and black but has more of a cyberpunk feel everything in the background feels alive and i love the characters in this and i love that this has a actual story and isn't about a character who just kills the aahw for fun
