I have been keeping Oscars for around 7 years now. They are really very interesting, durable and beautiful fish. I will always prefer keeping oscars other than any other fish. I was not aware of the fact that they sulk on changing aquarium setup I always wondered why very active fish sits on bottom like they have lost all power in their body, But today I knew what was the reason behind it and I laughed a lot knowing this fact. I am suffering from one problem and need your advice. My fishes are continuing dieng one by one. I have checked all parameters. Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrates are ZERO. PH is 7.8. Temperature is set at 26 My tank is around 380L tank. I have internal heater, Fluval 307 filter. Tanks is around 4 months old. I added fishes from 2/3 different shops. Initially everything was going well but now sometimes terribly wrong is going on. Now I have below remaining fishes: 4 sharks 1 Angel 4 Mollys 2 Guarami 5 Tetras 3 Glass and Diamond Almost 20+ fishes have died in last one month. I have tried putting different medicines like Paraguard, API general cure.

As a long oscar fish fan, this is by far the best video on Oscar fish. Very informative and great tips. Especially the tip about food that Oscar can go with out food for 10+ days. So we can use high quality food such as 'Hikari Bio Gold+' it's pretty expensive food but delivers great results. I have been using this food for almost ten years with great results. But was thinking to discontinue it because of increasing cost. Now I will not. 😊🙏
