I love the softer side of Simon who gives a fellow judge the comfort he needs in an emotional moment.
This is not a professional troupe put together by an entertainment consortium, it appears to just be a group of boys who began dancing, and networked with others who shared their interest and hobby, and so the Phoenix Boys grew organically, from the ground up. They are normal kids from all over the country who have connected and formed a gang, as teenagers do, and are working hard toward a common goal. It's amazing to see them work this hard and dedicate themselves to their friends and their activity and find this kind of success at it. Hats off not just to them but to their families, who are clearly supportive, and to BGT as well for providing a venue where people like these lads can perform and make some dreams come true. They will take away lifelong memories from their experiences on and off the show.
Yes, undoubtedly it’s obvious only 3 rehearsals, yet as Bruno said, it’s not about perfection, it’s about passion. Boy oh boy, these boys have it . . . In spades! From across the “pond,” the Phoenix Boys have a fan here. The passion was palpable! Rock on!
I just loved this performance of an amazingly talented group of boys. If people would only just accept kids for who they and let their natural talent and brilliance take them wherever they go this world would be a much more beautiful place.
Bruno just smashed the golden button! what can I say...its a smashing performance.
These kids refreshed my hope for the future in this world.

The choreography was simply stunning. The random exuberance of seemingly random lads taking flight from within the larger group -- and some of them seemed ready to "Peter Pan" and keep going -- was just quintessential "young lad". The grace mixed with sheer strength and passion and honed by dedication and just a bit of "imp" was what broke Simon's poor buzzer! But every bit worth it. Our society often "forgets" that the lads are every bit as capable of embodied displays of artistic creativity with nothing more than their physical form.
I wish them the World. This is a very good thing and an amazing harnessing of the male proclivity to "gang up", mentor-up, uplift each other and do something notable in the World.
I'm not a dancer but the fact that it was that well choreographed is amazing!
The boys are all adorable and talented especially the stunning classically trained boy at the top of the performance. Bruno gets it and is an angel for talent. I love that he gets emotional when he discerns how much work has gone into a piece. He is a great judge,.
All these boys are so talented 😊all their families should be so proud this Amazing brilliant wonderful performance made me cry from a 61 years young Irishman fan from Dublin 🇮🇪

When you can make the dreams of all these young men come true with the slap of a golden button, that truly is what this world is made of. Now lets see how far they will go and what is in store in their futures. I just wish we all had a golden button slapped for all of us.

Nice to see boys doing something creative rather than getting into bad stuff.
Kinda like the new "family man" - Simon, as funny as his rants and insults often were to watch, everything has its place. In terms of immediate families getting welded together at the seams for a lack of alternatives, the four lockdowns kinda were a blessing in disguise for some former pretty dysfunctional families. Long story short: spending time with his family has made him soft-hearted and I love it. 😁

All those boys: of course the old Queen loved it! Personally, I didn't think it was that good....just 3 rehersals and it shows. Just a bunch of guys prancing around and jumping up an down.
Bruno is a drama queen he wants all the attention to himself he did it on dancing with the stars.

These shows all destroy dance. They need to look at what Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly and Stanley Donnen did when they shot dance for film. FULL FRAME. As few cuts as possible. There’s no reason to show the audience. We can hear them. We don’t really need the judges but they could show them inset on the top. Just show us the dancers. Stop ruining the presentation with lousy camera direction.

Amazing talent. As a 100% gay man I can recognize a Queen when I see one and the tired old Queen of a Judge in the green jacket and plucked eyebrows got excited for all the wrong reasons when the young man at the very beginning did that split not for the hours of practice it took to do it but another reason, sad.
