This is a very slippery slope to be on... _"We are living in a time when this book ( Al Quran ) is revealing its secrets"_
Have you ever come across a verse that says plainly that the Quran is a book of secrets?
      Most definitely NOT!
On the contrary, there are verses that says... such as this one:
15:1 Alif Lam Ra, these are the signs of the Book and a clear Qur'an.
So, do you think a *clear book* contains secrets?
Beware of the Satan impersonating a wannabee scholar.
      salam.

salam, you wrote "My question, s how do we do salat" ?
      response :
*Who are الْمُصَلِّينَ the Musalleen ?*
Is it those who perform the ritual prayers ?
      Lets find out.
70:19 Verily, man is created with an anxious disposition.
70:20 When they are afflicted, they complain,
70:21 And when good touches him, withholding [of it],
      70:22 Except الْمُصَلِّينَ the MUSALLEEN.
70:23 *Those who are CONSTANT in their SALAT صَلَاتِهِمْ.*
70:24 *And They (Al Musalleen) are those who assign a certain share of their property*
70:25 *for the needy and the deprived,*
70:26 *And (Al Musalleen are those) who acknowledge the Day of Judgment,*
70:27 *And (Al Musalleen are the ones) who are afraid of the torment of their Lord,*
70:28 the punishment of their Lord is not something for them to feel secure of,
70:29 *And (Al Musalleen are the ones) who guard their carnal desires*
70:30 Except from their spouses or what they possess rightfully then indeed, they (are) not blameworthy,
      70:31 but whoever goes beyond this is a transgressor;
70:32 *And (Al Musalleen are those) who honor their trust and promises,*
70:33 *And (Al Musalleen are those) who testify to what they have witnessed,*
70:34 *And (Al Musalleen are) those who, on their SALAT صَلَاتِهِمْ keep a guard,*
70:35 such people will receive due honor in Paradise.
70:36 What is wrong with the disbelievers who roam around you,
70:37 On the right and on the left, (in) separate groups?
70:38 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise?
70:39 By no means! Indeed, We have created them from what they know.
70:40 No! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and Wests that We have the power
70:41 to replace them by a better people and none can challenge Our power.
70:42 leave them alone to dispute and play until they face the Day with which they have been threatened:
70:43 the Day when they rush out of their graves as if racing towards a signpost,
70:44 with their eyes cast down and covered by disgrace; the day about which they were promised.

Fun fact: Prostrating to the Black Building thats situated in Mecca and then commiting shirk by treating Muhammad like the son of God like moat traditionalists makes you no different then thosr call Jesus the "son of God" and Hindu who worships idols.
God said the people where "Ummiyan" before Muhammad i.e. they didn't receive a scripture and/or messenger. This means Abraham didn't built the Black building in Mecca.
The traditionalist would say they don't commit idol worshipping when they prostating to the Black Building and thats just a direction they pray at. Well, thats the same logic that idol worshippers use. They don't think that the fake entity they are worshipping is in the idol but thats just the direction they pray.

SAJDA (اسْجُدُو) & MASJID (الْمَسْجِدِ) - The word Sajd, Sajood or Sajda as per Quran means submitted with one’s whole being, to follow with complete and utter conviction of heart and mind. Another word used in Quran to refer to the meanings of submission is Rackoh, but there is a difference between Sajda and Rakoh. The word Rakoh means to bend or bow to something or someone in a manner which shows initial acceptance, submission, humility and respect with complete willingness. The word Rakoh although one hand, means acceptance submission and obedience, the full, utter and deep conviction of something or someone but the impact and the benefits of that thing or that one is yet to be experienced and acknowledged, which is then reflected by the word Sajda, meanings submission with one’s whole being in complete and utter conviction of heart and mind, which comes from the witnessing and being convinced of the benefits of such submission. When we say ‘Rakoh’ and ‘Sajood’ as per Quran it means respecting and accepting Allah’s Authority with humility, humbleness, willingness and submitting with one’s whole being, and then obeying and following the rules, regulations and commandments of Allah as ordained in Quran with utter and deep conviction of its benefits. The word Masjid or Masaajid (plural of Masjid) is used in Quran in the meanings of a place, an area of a community, a city, a land where Sajda is being done, that is everyone is establishing and submitted to the law’s rules and regulations of Deen e Islam. So you think that if you don't understand a verse you just have to change the meanings of the words to make the verse make sense to you? LOL
The Quran has never been a dictionary of words, nor does it intend to be. In fact, there are words in the Quran that are only used once in the entire Quran. With such words, how can one ever begin to understand the meaning of the words without an appreciation of the general Arabic language which has reached us?
And even if you say that you interpret the meanings of the words based on their roots, you can only find the root meanings in external dictionaries too.
As I am sure you will appreciate, the Quran was revealed to a people who understood the language. Therefore, the language of the Arabs as it has reached us today and any sources which transmit an understanding of a word in that particular context, is implicit to understand the Quran.
Yes indeed, the Quran can be used as a reference or criterion, but the Quran also expects that the audience is familiar with the language for them to be able to grasp its message. Otherwise, the Quranic language (and its message) will end up becoming nothing more than Egyptian Hieroglyphics without the Rosetta stone to assist.
The word "rukoo" is well known and it´s primary meaning is bowing in a physical way. Also the word "Sujud".
Surah 48 Verse 29: " *Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and (the ones) who are with him are strict against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing themselves, prostrating...* "
You can only SEE something is physical.
Surah 13 Vers 15: " *Whatever is in the heavens and the earth do prostrate before Allah Alone willingly or unwillingly, and so do their shadows in the mornings and evenings.* "
Even the shadows do prostrate which proofs that Sujud must be something physical.
You're not seriously telling me that there isn't a single mention of "bowing" in the entire Qur'an? LOL
The reason why in sura 2 verse 43 bowing is mentioned in addition to prayer is (probably) because this verse addresses the children of Israel. The form of the ritual prayers ordained for the Israelites and others included prostrating oneself (Sajdah سجدہ), but not bowing down. This particular way of bowing down called Ruku رکوع ` is peculiar to the Islamic Salah نماز alone. Hence, Raki` in راکعین or those who bow down (in worship) are, obviously enough, the members of the Islamic Ummah, and the verse, in effect, asks the Israelites to accept Islam, and to offer their prayers along with the Muslims.
And the reason why it says in Surah 3 verse 43: "You Mary, obey humbly to your Lord, and prostrate, and bow with the bowing ." is because the Sujud can also be made outside of the prayer, but the Rukoo is only done in the made prayer. These are two different things and not like you say that it is supposedly wrong order because in Islamic prayer you do rukoo first and then sujud.
The reason why rukoo is usually mentioned alone next to the prayer is because it is a kind of synonym not of any prayer, but of the specific Islamic prayer.
That might not be the best explanation, but it's definitely a better explanation than yours by just spouting nonsense that the word rukoo just doesn't mean bowing and the entire world would have had that completely wrong since day one. lol
C'mon... I am also a "Quranite" but you are one of the reasons why no one could ever take Quranism seriously.
    Please delete your video!

Judging by the tone of your message, you don't seem one that could be engaged in an academic discussion.
My brief and final comment to you:
      - I am neither a Quranite nor Quranist. Just a muslim
      - Words that only appear once are clarified through context of known words/patterns-it’s not rocket science
      - Quranic Arabic Lisan is NOT that of the Arabs of 9th century nor does it need dictionaries
      - 48:29 is not a group of people doing a ritual prayer, nor is the ayah talking about ‘foreheads’ stained with physical prostrations
      - shadows do NOT prostrate. They obey/follow the laws set by Allah
      - the salah has never changed from one people / race / country to the other. All messengers followed islam and they all did salah what had no movements
You can have the last word. Good luck with your studies

The Qur'an does not mention in detail how to perform prayers and how to perform Hajj. It means Muslims have to rely on the teachings and the way Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed and did Hajj. It also shows Qur'an is not sufficient and Muslims needed the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for practical guidance. The account in Sahih al-Bukhari states that Muhammad's companion Umar protested, "The illness has overwhelmed the prophet. We have the book of God [Quran] and that is enough for us."
