Since the CN City era was a thing, I always like to imagine that Adult Swim was the bad part of the town that no one ever wants to visit, with characters being in a mafia, or being crazy and homeless, you know.
As a kid I always used to freak out when adult swim logged on but whenever it was the weekends I used to stay up and watch it without my mother knowing
If I ran Cartoon Network: - Adult Swim’s hours would be cut to 10pm-5am - Teen Titans GO! would get the axe - the schedule would get a much needed overhaul: plenty of variety, no more than 2 hours of any 1 show, 5am-7am would consist of reruns of past Cartoon Network shows
2001 was nostalgic for me. I remember watching AS with my cousins during the pool era while my parents were asleep. Love that seamless transition from 2007 though
It might not have as much as variety as it used to, but I thank god every day that kids can still grow up with Cartoon Network. Words fail to describe how important this channel is. :')

Adult Swim is awesome. the only reason I woke up at 5:30 in the morning when I was 7 was to sneak downstairs and watch some Robot Chicken and Rick And Morty. Good times, now I can just watch them in the living room and no one cares. Great shows, great times
For me I got scared, turned off the TV and ran upstairs
Dude that just scared me
I wanted to kill Rick and steal his ship💀
Since the CN City era was a thing, I always like to imagine that Adult Swim was the bad part of the town that no one ever wants to visit, with characters being in a mafia, or being crazy and homeless, you know.

As a kid I always used to freak out when adult swim logged on but whenever it was the weekends I used to stay up and watch it without my mother knowing
If I ran Cartoon Network:
- Adult Swim’s hours would be cut to 10pm-5am
- Teen Titans GO! would get the axe
- the schedule would get a much needed overhaul: plenty of variety, no more than 2 hours of any 1 show, 5am-7am would consist of reruns of past Cartoon Network shows
No ads
Also take megas and sbt and generator rex and give them some more seasons
Wtf is up with people hating on teen Titans go?

It might not have as much as variety as it used to, but I thank god every day that kids can still grow up with Cartoon Network. Words fail to describe how important this channel is. :')

Thanks For Destroying My Earbuds With The Intro. Good Vid By The Way.
I remember one time when I was really little, I had never watched Cartoon Network, but my dad let me watch it and what had happened was, I was up really late for whatever age I was and my dad just didn’t care, but after awhile he fell asleep and it changed to [adult swim]. I was terrified because I had no idea what it was and it said you should be 18 or older to watch it. At the time I had no idea how to turn the tv off, so I just tried to fall asleep on my couch because I was scared something terrifying would show up.
And something would if you stayed up to 4 am or something

My dad didn't mind when i'd watch Adult Swim. However, I could never watch Robot Chicken because of the intro. I would get so scared when the scientist would grab the chicken and install robot parts on it in the intro, to the point where I'd change the channel each time.

I miss those days, to be honest. My bedtime hour was 8pm, but, when I stayed up because of some problem or so, my mom would let me watch cartoons until the adult swim message appeared.
I never watched CN in the night and now I think I missed an opportunity hehehe. I wish I could visit those days only for a day.
