Sugargraze is the best fodder vareity in Sri Lanka. It is Sweet Sorghum variety.
Sri Lanka is not self sufficient in dairy due to poor nutrition and feeding of dairy animals. Availability of year round fodder supply create huge problem on farmers as well as dairy processors. According to our experience it can be solved by supplying year round adlibidam feeding for cows.
Prima introduced one of the best fodder variety to Sri Lanka call Sugargraze. Now Prima developed locally manufactured first silage packing machine and seven machines were running as a new industry.
As a organisation we are proud to say that we are actively participate to develop Sri Lankan dairy industry in practical manner.
