We have arranged this tour by ourselves. The total expenses were nearly Rs.29,000 and we were 15 members. So the per head costing was less than 2k. Our tour started from to Kaikhali which is nearly 30 kms away from Jaynagar. One may take Lakshmikantapur / Namkhana Local from Sealdah South section to get there. From Jaynagar you need to take Auto to reach Kaikhali via Jamtala. If u travel by your car, you may leave your vehicle there with a parking rate @Rs.100/day & Rs.50/ night.
The vessel that we booked cost us Rs.13000/- for 2 days & 1 night. To visit Sundarban you need to pay Rs.120/day / head. Vessel permit @Rs.600/day & Guide Charges @Rs.600/day & Rs.600/night are to be paid separately. You need to take all your food items if you travel by yourselves. If needed cook may be arranged by the boat owner at extra charges. All cooking utensils are available at all the boat. Water for cooking would be provided by the boat owner at no extra charges. Drinking water needs to be carried by yourselves. Gas cylinder is supplied by the boat owner @Rs.1000/-.

There was some misunderstanding between the persons who were involved in booking the boat… We booked for some bigger vessel but as I said in the vlog also dat we were bound to take that smaller one…@price of the bigger 1…. Sometimes this happens when u depend on another person who seems to responsible but can stand up to the mark…. Though we enjoyed a lot…. 😅
