Here's a weird extra "tip" : you can use plague/hellhounds to slow down the zombies during holdout. It's especially useful on the big square room (I think on alpine). Get into the small storage room and they'll come to you in a straight line. Get stuck? Use frenzied/aether shroud.
PS : get out if there is a Megatron coming
When doing the a and b site, if you throw a decoy do the zombies go to the decoy or the person holding the crystal and/or rocket
drives me nuts playing public matches when people literally run straight to the objectives without getting setup and going down... i have to play solo now because i was so tired of it, i mean running straight the objectives past round 5 when everyone is setup is fine, but before that i wanna do the side easter eggs and not exfil round 1 or 2...
Exactly. I play solo and take my time setting up on round1-3. Maybe even 4.
That's cause there's no need...Can have all perks and fully PaP epic tier by end of round 4 doing no looting or side quest
You don’t need to after round 1 you get PackApunch, round 2 at our and few perks by round 3 and four you are pretty much all set

I've tried a few public games... Most the time, some idiot runs straight for the main objective and ends up throwing the game bc no one was ready, or even nearby, at all 🤦🏻♂️

It Usually loses about half health or less depending o which version of the canister objective you get
I always get a healthy vehicle for retrieve every time it really helps
Outbreak really needs an endless option and an exfil at round 5. I keep getting into lobbies with beginner zombie players wanting to exfil early.

Did something similar a while back where my friends and I all chose names that were variations of 1’s and l’s strung together. Good times.
Same, but I have 3 friends all named user with the same numbers at the end. But they also put on the same emblem, calling card, weapon, weapon skin, operator, and it pisses me off.
Note: Mimics are also weak to brain rot, same thing with tempest zombies
Just shoot the tempest in the head once with a ray gun and it takes it’s head off and kills it
Dead wire is also great for tempest it keeps them from teleporting

Tier 5 speed cola makes you load the canisters much quicker on that challenge
Special Enemy/Elite Enemy weaknesses;
Megaton: Dead wire
Panzers: Shatter Blast/Cryofreeze
Manglers: Napalm Burst(shatter blast works well to destroy all their armor)
Mimics: Brain Rot
Tempest’s: Brain Rot thanks @yosher gaming
Dead wire,shatter blast, and brain rot are amazing for crowd control especially dead wire and brain rot. shatter blast can make crawlers and stagger enemies on the ground which can be annoying sometimes.
Cryo freeze is nice all around cause it buffs your damage against slowed targets.
Napalm burst is kinda iffy to me haven’t tried it out since it’s tier V upgrade but the burn doesn’t seem super useful over dead wire, shatter blast, or brain rot. Napalm burst works well against manglers though :)
Loadout Hauer will be your best friend for high rounds anything

I think stammin up 5 makes monkey bombs way more viable than decoys since stammin up 5 let's you run full tilt while winding up the monkey

It’s also super effective to have a vehicle when running canister objective. Makes it go by so much faster just driving away.
The canister ticks the vehicles damage down a little bit but if you are smart it’s super easy

Another pro-tip: For the Holdout quests, use the triple packed Rai-K, and only use the alternate fire (the cannon) for the entire lockdown, dont worry about killing anything, things will die when they've been damaged enough. Just run around the respected houses and fire the Rai-K. This works really well for solo.
I remember back then everyone used only the Gallo and i was one of the few who chose the Hauer instead and now every video i click thats what i see them use 😏💯

The best tip I learned from watching another player is keeping a car close on the retrieval missions. Makes it a breeze in solo.

Tip, in early rounds, you can surround the specimen analyzer with toxic growths and get far away. After the first wave are destroyed by it, zombies quit attacking it, if know one is around.

Save yourself a lot of aggrovation, use a jump pad to get to the chopper in Outbreak.
I tried to do a high round on die machine today and dead wire is so nuts. I love it. It’s also good against the mettatons.
If you build up a nice train, you can wipe out half of the round with just one bullet!

I havent even upgraded the ammo mods at all. I need to play a lot more, but I find it so tiring. I can only play like one game a day then I'm done. I wish I was better at playing. Videos like this help though.

@@FUNNYMANERICWHITE can be quick if people stay together and use the cars/jeeps don't run around looting everything looking for boxes ect it drags the first few rounds out and takes to long to get going get a car go straight to the side qs complete them and move on once all side qs are done do the main q go next round by round 4 or 5 you should be good to go off quests alone then you just do the main q each round.. we do normally grab the reward quest the first few rounds and if we get the take dame and recover health quest we will stop at the reward machine grab a zombie each and do that quest you can all get 3 legendary rewards each from that quest in the 5 min any of the other quests we just carry on as normal they slow tou down to much it helps having 3 friends that play regularly random groups are mostly terrible and unless in a private match I seem to get a lot of disconnections

Ray gun has better damage but the rai k has the grenade shot that slows down zombies
Many people consider them tied. They both have good utility in different situations
Tips for people like me who haven't really touched Zombies until now.
1. Rounds 1-4 should be ENTIRELY cleared, and the main objective done last.
2. Upgrade your gun with pack a punch before anything else.
3. Wait to find an armor level 1 in chests or off zombies, then use the blue salvage to upgrade to upgrade to level 3 armor first. After that, make sure you're upgrading your gun's tier on the same workbench. If you don't have a max level gun, you can use the green scrap to re-roll attachments, which will give you 6 attachments, and help you get a bigger clip mainly. Green salvage if plentiful.
3. Perks are important, but I would only worry about Staminup, tombstone, and quick revive, and if you're good at spacing, you don't even have to spend points on any perks, they drop in side objectives/gold chests/very rare chance on mobs/elites.
4. The explosive rounds are wayyyy better early on than the other 2. Heavies start to spawn in round 4, but plentiful round 5. They will eat clips if you don't have this.
5. By the start of round 5, you should have a triple pack a punch main weapon with rounds, level 3 armor, and that gun should be epic or legendary. By the end of round 5, that main weapon should be legendary. You won't get further without farming as much as possible.
6. Jump pads cost 500, but if you learn how to parachute well, you can get that money back, or 1500 max more. There are 3-4 crytals lined up directly in front of the computer on each jump pad. Some trajectories will curve though after the first.
7. In early rounds, unless you're absolutely drained of ammunition, DO NOT buy ammo. It drops like crazy in this mode.
8. Spacing and kiting is much easier in this mode early on. Start with a high clip/good range gun and farm headshots/longshots for extra points. If you get overwhelmed by elites, run to a jump pad and fly to a safe zone for enough away and they will reset (they won't follow you to the other side of the map.
9. Until you're good, the dragon side quest is basically a pointless death trap by round 4. The elites don't like to get in the circle, so if you just want to farm points, hit the computer and run away. You won't get that sweet golden chest unless you're really good. Trust me.
10. Always keep an escape vehicle close enough to run to, but out of the enemies' line of fire. Always think about hoe you are going to approach mobs. Killing the dogs first will save your run.
11. Exfil round 4 or 5 until you get stuff upgraded with crystals. I highly recommend upgrading juggernog and quick revive FIRST, or tombstone after juggernog. Those 3 are the best survivability-wise.
12. When you exfil, chopper gunner is the easiest way to get out both solo and groups. Just get in a car, get as close to the red smoke (marker) as you can, jump out of the car, hit chopper, and go to town (make sure you are actually aiming at the mobs bear the smoke and not wasting the ammo. Make sure your teammates are clearing some mobs as well or the time will run out. The moment it says 0 left to kill, have someone ready to hit x.
10. The best attachments for your gun are the suppressors that increase salvage and the flashlights/lasers that increase it as well. Then the big clips, then probably bullet velocity.
Sidenote: even if you are multi-player guy, this is the best mode to level your gun, level your battle pass, and unlock skins/reticles at the moment. I'm already almost done with battle pass.

At the bottom ski lift on alpine, if you get ontop you'll find a cryofreeze canister. Idk what it does when you pick it up

Small Tip: The Soldats are weak to frost ammo mod and shatter blast but you can get the headshot damage with frost but not with the shatter blast as the head is no longer armored when you can headshot him so you lose the extra damage
Die shockwave is a beast if you can use it right. It goes perfect with the new field upgrade. Ive found that the damage for the suck increases as you get blood. Very good and underrated

Random tip I've found out on my own, Frenzied Guard can work basically exactly like PHD Flopper!
The armour instead of health thing not only applies to zombie hits but also self explosive damage, pair that with the tier upgrade where u get armour back for kills and then shoot at the ground any explosive gun and it's like PHD. Seriously underused method. Chopper you NEED to try this.

I noticed yesterday that the combat bow is REALLY strong against Soldats. Only two hits on most early-mid rounds, letting each shot burn for all of its damage. One fire arrow drops their health below half, and you can stow it for at least 3-4 guaranteed Soldat kills without adjusting your own load out.
You can mantle on the cabinets in the holdout area in one of the Side rooms. Shooting a Rai-K down there slowing down the zombies.
Going over the damage teirs on your guns+P.a.P. and what the benifits of combining them...... Just a thought.

A good tip against elite enemies, you can use tier 5 dead wire to stun them by shooting other non elites near them if it chains to them.
fun fact:the fact mimics are weak to freeze is a reference to the T-1000 being weak to liquid nitrogen. for those who dont know, the t-1000 was a terminator capable of mimicking other people or objects.
I recently fell in love with a Hauer rai Kai combo as solo. The one Hauer attachment gives 222% damage lol. U one shot alot of bosses up to like round 7 lol

Ngl I use the Streetsweeper packed and upgraded and a rayk for the holdouts the Streetsweeper is pretty strong when you have it set up good, I'm a fan of it (note that I haven't made it to round 10 cause I never have enough time to make it that far, so early game Streetsweeper is strong)
If you are doing holdout in coop, it helps if someone has the rayk wonder weapon, ring of fire and the healing perk, this combo is by far the best

Thanks for the tips. I noticed that you did not have Stamina in the first 3 in the video? I usually do Jug, Stamina and quick revive first so I can keep them if I go down.
Cryofreeze does extra to panzers only. But it also is extra damage to every other special zombie as well because of the fact you can deal extra damage to slowed enemies and slow down elites. Only thing it doesn’t do is magatons, otherwise it’s amazing. Good for points and leveling weapons actually since it gives extra essence on slowed zombie kill. Easily the second best ammo mod for me. Dead wire being first for damage against mags.

Gotten to Level 21 Solo. Could have gone higher but my internet went and got disconnected which is unfortunate. Holdout is by far the hardest objective on high levels whether its solo or with a team.
Rei K is best wonder weapon in Outbreak in my opinion especially in those lockdown steps because you just have to survive and not kill so you can use the alternate fire to slow down all the zombies making the whole process a lot easier
With the buying of the perks in a certain order. If you get close to having all of the perks the perk order reshuffles, so that point doesn't matter as much in the late game when you have all of the Perks.
Cryofreeze is a good aat for the hour as it can slow special zombies and allow you to annihilate tempests. It got buffed and activated pretty much constantly
Little tip I have for the elite with cannon arm simply.blow off arm they immediately ife and its a fast kill. It's not a super tuff elite but can be a problem on exfil or when multiple.bodses around. For tempest in a group attack take them out first they aren't powerful but they shoot often and destroy armour fast. Preference is to use a shotgun and electro shock on round 5 its about a 3 shot hit. This makes dealing with other bosses easier

You can use the vehicle at least 3-4 time as long you don't run over the zombies.
If done right you can use the same vehicle for both.

The canister retrieval objective is by far the easiest challenge. Just hop in a vehicle and complete it in like 1 minute. Driving with the canister will slowly damage your vehicle tho so be careful, you dont want it to explode on you lol

Also another tip with the brain rod you can turn the megaton after it splits I've personally turned one of the blasters

If you start the HVT event before completing the main objective for that stage, it kills the HVT and drops the random perk.
Just make sure you're near the HVT when it dies.

I have a tip and a challenge. As for the tip, when you're opening boxes, make sure to pay attention to the colored smiley face on the monitor as it cycles between rarity colors. (green, blue, purple, orange) opening the boxes on higher rarity colors tend to yield more and better loot on a consistent basis. Feels good finding an early blue/purple weapon to help for lower rounds.
As for the challenge, if you don't have a full party and you want extra difficulty, go to a public lobby. 10 times out of 10 the random(s) you get with you will make your run a living hell. From rushing objectives to stealing important material from you, it's a guaranteed rage inducing experience. Though if you can carry the poor chump, you make your skills better piece by piece.

I think the best for playing solo is the Rai-k, because that alternate mod is crucial when in holdout's!
Do I keep my starting weapon and upgrade? Or should i find a tier 4 or 5 weapon and pack a punch that? Starting weapons can have 8 attachments but start at level 1 damage. Tier 4 is level 4 damage and 5 is 5. But what's the best thing to do?
i actually get speed cola and hope i find jug as a drop or in a big box loot crate
yeah speed cola is actually what i get first when i'm using hauer, then i go for quick rivie and hopefully find jug within a round or two

I haven’t seen any comments on this but there needs to be. So everyone share this so he sees and reports on it! Not sure if it happens on other platforms but I know for sure that on Xbox if you start putting the retrieve canister into the deposit and you stop halfway through it glitches so you can’t put it in at all. This has happened to me 3 times and the last time was testing to prove the theory. Since you can’t put the canister in you fail the objective which results in a game over. Basically if you don’t deposit the canister in one go then it results in a game over. I lost a game at level 27 because of this glitch and I hope this can get fixed as it sparks a lot of unnecessary anxiety when I’m playing co-op. (This is about outbreak by the way)
What’s the best shotgun attachment setup? Do you have a video on that?
Also opening chests from side quest on certain smily colour (eg. Orange for legendary) gives you better loot
Just drive the canister does damage as your driving so make sure you bring all vehicles close to spot A and B and the actual place where you place the canisters
I like doing trials in the first round grind that for a bit and get yourself a wonder weapon
When doing the canister use frenzy grade it's the best one to use
Save your pinata for the pick up salvage/essence trials.
Have at least 2 tomahawks to do the kill zombies with equipment trial.
I've been using shatter blast on my Hauer and the freeze one on my lmg, should I be using brain rot and the shock one?
I have a tip. Do your trials in the first 2 or 3 stages. You should be able to get a special weapon. Also, don’t waste your money buying all the perks (maybe just jugg) , just play side missions to get them free
By round 6 you have get all the perks and have 100k without doing the side missions. Money is no issue in this game.
