day one (yesterday): i listened quite a few times i lost count how many and i didn’t really look in the mirror but when i did my lips looked a little more plump.
day 2 (today): when i woke up i looked in the mirror and my lips look quite a bit bigger and the colour is even and a bit of a different shade of pink :)
3 time: i can feel my lips tingling a bit right now and i forgot to update but before this and after using the subliminal my lips look abit more red and defined in a way, i don’t know how to describe
