PANDESAL YEMA-CHEESE [ASMR]

● Pandesal now comes in ube, matcha, red velvet, Nutella, butternut, blueberry flavors. ... Ube-cheese pandesal is the latest food craze to delight the foodies. Since the trend began in late 2019, many have enjoyed these soft buns stuffed with an equal blend of sweet ube halaya but now I added my my very own version that i called yema cheese pandesal.

• [2-½ cups] Bread Flour 340g
• [1-¼ cups] All-Purpose Flour 170g
• [6 tbsp] Light Brown Sugar 72g
• [1-½ pcs] Whole Egg 75g
• Lukewarm Milk 270ml
• [½+¼ tsp] Salt 7ml
• [½+¼ tsp] Active Dry Yeast 7ml
• [3 tbsp] Softened Butter 60g
• [1 tsp] Ube Extract 5ml
• Cheese
• Ube Halaya
• Toasted Bread Crumbs
