If you want to know the story strung together, then here it is. All murder cutscenes take place. The end shows Jake being dragged to the electric chair for his crimes. He gets electrocuted and dies. The door with the bright light he enters represents him entering the afterlife. After entering the door, Jake wakes up in the same place where NBD took place. NBD is Jake's personal hell, where he is tormented by the people he killed forever. Much like UCN being a personal hell.

It's the eyeballs that got me. Most of the cast didn't scare me as a kid. Photo Negative Mickey, Oswald, Undying, God, etc. Acetopulous unnerved me because he was Headless. Minnie did as well for the same reasons you listed. However, the Face was the one that actually got to me. Gorged eyes inside of the unfittingly large mascot eye holes.

I like the new reason for jake killing everyone more than him just being pranked. In a newer version I played some while back, it was shown that Henry tried to kill Jake in the Mickey Costume. He smashed Henry's head in with a sign and ran away. He thought all of his co-workers were going to betray him, thus showing his irrational fear, and killed them.
There was also this lore made up by other cancelled games where Jake thought that his coworkers were responsible for killing his parents which lead to him doing what he did.
You forgot the scene where the bright lady resurrected negative Mickey but this video is fantastic overall. All I had to do was wait a few years for this.
Basically the story: One of the people in the suits scared jake, so he got revenge by killing all of them, and then a god appeared and revived them and then later Jake gets electrocuted to death, when Jake enters the door with the light, he enters afterlife, and then undying was born

So how I get it(maybe i understood something wrong, i tried to find information on wikis, but it's still very complicated to me): So, Jake was actually a former dayshift guard at "Discovery Island" basement unit, and one day, in 1999(date when the park officially closed down) some guy, called Henry(don't be confused with Henry from SSA), who wore Mickey Mouse costume, decided to lil' troll our hero, by sneaking in his office, hiding in shadow, and then literally JUMPSCARING Jake, by running out of shade and jumping on him with screech. Jake was VERY scared by this prank, while Henry just started to laugh and mock up him, like "HAHA, LOSER! You so COWARD, c'mon, it was just a cartoon mouse"(yeah, this guy is lil' jerk). Jake was VERY ANGRY on Henry for that-he had some kind of phobia of mascots, and maybe some heart+maybe psyhical) problems, so he was mad that the staff are just makes fun of him. He was SO done, that he gone insane and just killed Henry, when he was about to take his Mickey mask off in Character Prep. 1, by a cleaver. At the moment, where Jake was about to end this jerk's life, he was witnessed by other guy, wearing Goofy costume, but Jake had NO MERCY. He immediatly killed him, by chopping his head by the same cleaver as he used against Henry, and then just took this head and throwed it on the floor in Meat Freezer, accidentally pulling it out of Goofy mask, and being witnessed by yet ANOTHER guy(the guy also wore a Mickey costume, similar to Henry, but unlike him, his one was greyscale, representing original 1920's Mickey's design), who was then also killed by ripping off his eyeballs(?). The Goofy mask was still left in Meat Freezer, but the guy's head, exposed out of it was taken by Jake and then hidden, being shoved in Donald mask(fun fact: thats the refference to original "Abandoned By Disney" creepypasta, which was thing FNaTI based off. In og pasta, the main hero found a Mascot Prep. room, where he found a skinless rotten human skull inside of Donald Duck mask he accidentally tore off from the costume and dropped). Then, Jake just continued his killing spree, killing EVERYONE who was in the suit: he killed guy in Oswald costume, who just peacefully walked around, by breaking his neck and chopping off his arms, before hiding his corpse in some box in Storage; then he found some girl in Minnie Mouse costume, who discovered Henry's, "Goofy"'s and "Old Mickey"'s corpses in Character Prepare room, and killed her too, leaving her corpse in the same room; he also killed some another Mickey suited guy, by chopping off his legs and throwing him in the outdoor fire(maybe some stove), where he was burned and melted alive(?); and etc. But after that, the GOD herself arrived here. She saw everything Jake done, and she decided to finally PUT THE END to this madness. He was already about to leave, but he met his.....RETRIBUTION. GOD took the remnants/particles of energy of souls of almost ALL his victims, found yet ANOTHER Mickey suit, and filled it by all this energy, bringing him to live and making him more powerfull....and....inverted(yes, ladies and gentlemen, that's how our lovely boi PNM was born....or not, idk tbh. Maybe he can be just another Jake's victim)? Then, inverted suit was about to take REVENGE on him for EVERYTHING he done to them....but seems to fail, and Jake unfortunally managed to run away from this cursed place. GOD then decided to help Jake's victims, and revived them, making them reborn as these creatures: Henry became MickMick, "Goofy" became Acephalous(being possessed by his soul only on 80%, while first 10% of his soul possessing Goofy mask in Meat Freezer, and second 10% possessed Disembodied, created out of his human head hidden inside Donald mask), "Old Mickey" became Mortimer/Suicide Mouse, "Minnie" became Impure Mouse(but was also filled by the same energy as P.N. Mickey, and become P.N. Minnie), "Melted Mickey" became The Face, "Oswald" became....well, Oswald, yeah, and etc. 4 years passed after that incident and "Discovery Island" closure, and in 2003, SSA decided to investigate this old abandoned park. They sent the already well known to us small group, consisting Greg, Lisa and Henry(other Henry, not MickMick). They wandered around the island, and found in "Mowgli's Palace" a secret entrance to the same one unit where all it's happened. The group also discovered some these anomaly costumes too. Then....well, FNaTI events. Henry was left on the nightwatch, sending all datas to SSA headquarters, before he found here an entrance to basement storage of some abandoned attraction, named "Pirate Caverns", where he met his demise, being killed by hostile suits, tearing him apart just like Jake done with them. GOD decided to reanimaye his corpse, making him an alive and hostile puppet for her(origin for that yellow headless one armed zombified "Henry"), while his stray soul then became a solid red humanoid-like ghost, known as "The Undying"(this is unknown if he is hostile too or actually still good guy and just seeking for help). After that, SSA decided to hire new intern, end sent him to Treasure Island as a new nightwatch. An this intern was...JAKE. Yeah, he returns back again. It's unknown why he done it, but maybe.......he just want to redeem his sins and finally apologize to all his former "friends" for everything he done in blind anger. But how we can assume, he failed, and the Suits are just killed him, finally revenging on him.....retribution is successed! Now, all these souls, all this stolen lifes can finally be free, while Jake himself is now dreading in eternal suffering, being trapped in his own lil' personal hell(maybe created by GOD), where his torture is being killed by Nightmare manifestations of his victims
Spoilers for those that didn't play FNATI 2020 & Forgotten House: All Versions of the OG game are confirmed canon as every time each ver. is completed, the timeline resets to the next ver. just so GOD/MickMick can throw off jake with Forgotten House breaking the cycle, via FNAW style though im pretty sure once this "Fanon" Timeline is completed, everyone & everything gets resetted as Jake goes back to being a normal intern of the SSA instead of being a "Murderer" in a sense that the fandom protrayed him as beforehand.
But the main question Why? Why is mother doing this to Jake? I get he did terrible things in this but why even bother to reset jake into a never ending loop

MOTHER decides to reset all the timeline. This Time The Co Workers Were Killed By The Impure Mascots. The Pure Mascots Hid Away Execpt For Willy. Willy Joined Them After Meeting Mortimer After Now Knowing What Happened. They Locked Up Any Exits And Put Jake Through His Own Hell. But The Mascot Jake Was Also Mad At Him For Making Him Die. So He Trys To Help Him And Betray Him. GOOD ENDING: Jake Escapes And Talks To The Spirits Apologising For What They Did NORMAL ENDING: Jake Escapes And Attempts To Forget About All That Happened Yet Some Of The Spirits Forgive Him And Some Dont. I like the new reason for jake killing everyone more than him just being pranked. In a newer version I played some while back, it was shown that Henry tried to kill Jake in the Mickey Costume. He smashed Henry's head in with a sign and ran away. He thought all of his co-workers were going to betray him, thus showing his irrational fear, and killed them.
There was also this lore made up by other cancelled games where Jake thought that his coworkers were responsible for killing his parents which lead to him doing what he did.

So how I get it(maybe i understood something wrong, i tried to find information on wikis, but it's still very complicated to me):
So, Jake was actually a former dayshift guard at "Discovery Island" basement unit, and one day, in 1999(date when the park officially closed down) some guy, called Henry(don't be confused with Henry from SSA), who wore Mickey Mouse costume, decided to lil' troll our hero, by sneaking in his office, hiding in shadow, and then literally JUMPSCARING Jake, by running out of shade and jumping on him with screech. Jake was VERY scared by this prank, while Henry just started to laugh and mock up him, like "HAHA, LOSER! You so COWARD, c'mon, it was just a cartoon mouse"(yeah, this guy is lil' jerk). Jake was VERY ANGRY on Henry for that-he had some kind of phobia of mascots, and maybe some heart+maybe psyhical) problems, so he was mad that the staff are just makes fun of him. He was SO done, that he gone insane and just killed Henry, when he was about to take his Mickey mask off in Character Prep. 1, by a cleaver. At the moment, where Jake was about to end this jerk's life, he was witnessed by other guy, wearing Goofy costume, but Jake had NO MERCY. He immediatly killed him, by chopping his head by the same cleaver as he used against Henry, and then just took this head and throwed it on the floor in Meat Freezer, accidentally pulling it out of Goofy mask, and being witnessed by yet ANOTHER guy(the guy also wore a Mickey costume, similar to Henry, but unlike him, his one was greyscale, representing original 1920's Mickey's design), who was then also killed by ripping off his eyeballs(?). The Goofy mask was still left in Meat Freezer, but the guy's head, exposed out of it was taken by Jake and then hidden, being shoved in Donald mask(fun fact: thats the refference to original "Abandoned By Disney" creepypasta, which was thing FNaTI based off. In og pasta, the main hero found a Mascot Prep. room, where he found a skinless rotten human skull inside of Donald Duck mask he accidentally tore off from the costume and dropped). Then, Jake just continued his killing spree, killing EVERYONE who was in the suit: he killed guy in Oswald costume, who just peacefully walked around, by breaking his neck and chopping off his arms, before hiding his corpse in some box in Storage; then he found some girl in Minnie Mouse costume, who discovered Henry's, "Goofy"'s and "Old Mickey"'s corpses in Character Prepare room, and killed her too, leaving her corpse in the same room; he also killed some another Mickey suited guy, by chopping off his legs and throwing him in the outdoor fire(maybe some stove), where he was burned and melted alive(?); and etc. But after that, the GOD herself arrived here. She saw everything Jake done, and she decided to finally PUT THE END to this madness. He was already about to leave, but he met his.....RETRIBUTION. GOD took the remnants/particles of energy of souls of almost ALL his victims, found yet ANOTHER Mickey suit, and filled it by all this energy, bringing him to live and making him more powerfull....and....inverted(yes, ladies and gentlemen, that's how our lovely boi PNM was born....or not, idk tbh. Maybe he can be just another Jake's victim)? Then, inverted suit was about to take REVENGE on him for EVERYTHING he done to them....but seems to fail, and Jake unfortunally managed to run away from this cursed place. GOD then decided to help Jake's victims, and revived them, making them reborn as these creatures: Henry became MickMick, "Goofy" became Acephalous(being possessed by his soul only on 80%, while first 10% of his soul possessing Goofy mask in Meat Freezer, and second 10% possessed Disembodied, created out of his human head hidden inside Donald mask), "Old Mickey" became Mortimer/Suicide Mouse, "Minnie" became Impure Mouse(but was also filled by the same energy as P.N. Mickey, and become P.N. Minnie), "Melted Mickey" became The Face, "Oswald" became....well, Oswald, yeah, and etc.
4 years passed after that incident and "Discovery Island" closure, and in 2003, SSA decided to investigate this old abandoned park. They sent the already well known to us small group, consisting Greg, Lisa and Henry(other Henry, not MickMick). They wandered around the island, and found in "Mowgli's Palace" a secret entrance to the same one unit where all it's happened. The group also discovered some these anomaly costumes too. Then....well, FNaTI events. Henry was left on the nightwatch, sending all datas to SSA headquarters, before he found here an entrance to basement storage of some abandoned attraction, named "Pirate Caverns", where he met his demise, being killed by hostile suits, tearing him apart just like Jake done with them. GOD decided to reanimaye his corpse, making him an alive and hostile puppet for her(origin for that yellow headless one armed zombified "Henry"), while his stray soul then became a solid red humanoid-like ghost, known as "The Undying"(this is unknown if he is hostile too or actually still good guy and just seeking for help). After that, SSA decided to hire new intern, end sent him to Treasure Island as a new nightwatch. An this intern was...JAKE. Yeah, he returns back again. It's unknown why he done it, but maybe.......he just want to redeem his sins and finally apologize to all his former "friends" for everything he done in blind anger. But how we can assume, he failed, and the Suits are just killed him, finally revenging on him.....retribution is successed! Now, all these souls, all this stolen lifes can finally be free, while Jake himself is now dreading in eternal suffering, being trapped in his own lil' personal hell(maybe created by GOD), where his torture is being killed by Nightmare manifestations of his victims
