the guy who's carrying a cross is a symbol of a burden one has put on himself or was put on him by somebody. So there he is carrying his burden which slows him down. In Ukraine we have a saying: "everybody carries his own cross". Basically meaning that we all have our problems, griefs and it's almost like a destiny, something inevitable and individual for each person. Love from Ukraine.
The woman in video is Ukrainian champion of Europe Maryna Beh- Romanchuk. She also won prizes in World championships and took part in Olympiad. The clip is about life way and will to fulfil your dreams 😊

Я думаю це про життя. Дистанція життя. Там в кінці не видно фінішу, аж поки вона не дошкандибає. І видно що вона бігла зі всіх сил викладалась на максимум і скінчила свою дистанцвю аж в старості. І її перемога в тому що вона не відмовилася від дороги навіть знаючи це. І не здалася бо в неї була ціль до якої вона йшла з усіх сил. Це про виклики в житті. Що твої цілі вимагають від тебе жертв не чужих а твоїх власних. Ти не сидиш вдома не відпочиваєш, не переїдаєш, ніколи не перестаєш докладати зусиль, не повертаєш назад, не відволікєшся на бійки з кимось, не живеш звичайним життям, інколи тебе зупиняють перепони або вимагається більше зусиль але ти йдеш далі щоб впевнитися в тому що перемога це шлях. твій шлях і є твоя перемога. They are happy with attention from others, admiration and cheap fame. They mistake a fly for an elephant, often appropriating other people's achievements. They are happy until their deception is revealed.
People who are happy to have more. More than necessary (1:29). Consume even more, buy even more, get even more. They are "voracious" in this world and overload their body, their mind, their home and their life with unnecessary things.
People who are happy to be different from everyone else (1:51). Go against the flow. When everyone is running around - take your time. They follow fashion to be "unfashionable", look for trends to be "out of trend". Such a society of antisocial people. Why? Being different is not the same as being yourself.
People who are happy because of their small, and not so, sins (2:04). It is difficult for them to carry this burden, but they do not want to change, leave their addictions, and are forced to carry their heavy cross to the end.
People who stop chasing because they found their happiness in close people, in their favorite occupation, in their home (2:32). Although they often hear that they could achieve more, for example, build a brilliant career, or creatively realize themselves.
These are stories of ordinary people. Those that will never reach the top. But there is another story.
About people who are happy in the struggle. Who overcome the most difficult difficulties. Who reach the top and reach the edge (3:26).
