I bought the T8 in charcoal and copper. I bought it because of the trails I ride and versatility of the bike. The price was great for what you get.

I just bought the same bike last night.
The N9 is a great bike. That magic carpet ride gave me the confidence to tackle more technical features, and was more forgiving when I got it wrong, it just soaks up the big hits.

I went with the N9 - super smooth and fun to ride, uphill as well as down.
I was thinking about buying my wife one but was worried that it would be hard to pedal. I have a Cannondale Jekyll so I want something she can ride with me.
I got the Sisku D5 In April of this year and love my bother the Premier 4 24.5 he just got cus told him where go by bike from when ask where my bike from so far like it he 73 year young and I'm 59 years young and I have my from and love bike from you guys

I have the T8 and love it, however the dropper lever that comes on it is not good, once I replaced that and some bigger grips for my hands that require XXL gloves, I an really happy with it. The bike is fantastic out of the box and there are tons of options for a bit of customizing.

i own T8. and yersturday i noticed, that this braks have semi-metallic pads, but rotors only for resin. just for information =)

I feel like Shimano gave them a deal on the hubs just to get rid of them because let's be honest no one specs their bikes with those awful hubs anymore. Way too many problems.
I doubt Shimano supply Novatec hubs to bike companies.

Can you please do the Alpine Trail 7 vs the Collosus N7, the two bikes I am considering buying.
Although that would be an excellent head to head comparison, it's not likely to be one we would produce. The Alpine Trail XR vs Collosus N9 video is based on the same chassis making that comparison too similar. Having ridden all 4 bikes, i'd wager the results of the test would be almost identical.
Unless you're heavy in to bike parks the T8 will handle everything you can throw at it.

I'm on my third t8 frame in 2 years now. Have spent 7 months off that bike waiting for warranty frames. The linkage also smokes bearings. I've replaced them all 4 times now in 1k miles
That's interesting! We've been running them pretty hard for a while with no issues, but have also been very consistent about checking pivot torque every handful of rides. No broken frames, no blown bearings, not even any worn pivot bushings in the rear.
tengo una t8 hace años, el cuadro me vino con un defecto milimétrico, que hacía que funcionase mal el Shock, al principio pensaba que eran los bujes, pero resultó ser el cuadro. la parte de la rueda trasera. Pedí la garantía , nunca más tuve problemas.
Does the N9 feel sketchy as the T8 on real trails? I have a total custom T8 and its great, but then I get on my Meta Power TR and smoke it on the downhill.
The N9 is longer, slacker, and lower. With that being said, its a much less twitchy platform and better suited for stable high speed descending.

Oh there are many who feel that way! Different colors speak to different folks.
@@bikesonline It's the color of the T8 that I'm not very fond of. The components however are better. I think Polygon needs to rethink it's future color options
T8 looks far better in Charcoal
& some folks feel the same way about the purple! Overall, it's great that we have options. 💪
N9 is the best for me
