Ever wanted to see what the inside of a Creepy Abandoned Mansion looked like? Well this is your chance. This place sits on a large piece of property with nothing around it. Lots of weird things inside and it looks like it would make a great scene for a horror movie. Btw, if you don't like bugs, then stay out of the basement.
This was probably very beautiful back in its day. Enjoy

I was here last year did not see one posted sign. The place is pretty trashed as anybody can just drive back and enter.I wouldn't even know who to ask for permission?
Enjoying The Sun 577-Jersey Customs I’m really trying to photograph this- could you possibly tell me where this is?
👍👍👍👍👍
That level of vandalism and destruction is creepy and nauseating.
I get angry every time I see one of these, with all of the vandalism. I'm so sick of people who think the world owes them something, who don't do anything in life but take and destroy what isn't theirs to begin with.
It's a shame people have to break in the house is like that and just totally destroy it
“Sometimes to stay alive, you’ve gotta kill your mind” the graffiti on the wall; it’s a line from a Twenty-one Pilots song called “Migraine”
Just seeing this one for the first time!
This has to be one of the creepiest houses and it blows me away how utterly destroyed it is.
👍👍👍👍👍 very good video! I like this little fading details on the floor. That's very old! 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for being brave. You show us some amazing places. Would be a blast to be there in person.
Gee, this is one of your older explorers! And Jill with you! Really enjoyed this though. VERY interesting. Yes, I'm certain there would have been a barn around there for animals since there's a silo. And, the last building with a driveway in the middle was a corn crib. We actually still have one on our farm. It was used to store corn harvested on the cob with a corn picker (I used to drive ours!!) The wall boards had some spaces for circulation of air. We slid augger belts through the trench in either side to get corn out. It went in from an elevator on outside running corn up to top and it dropped in from top on either side. There were also probably a couple if bins in top center where would run beans up to store over winter and either sell in spring or use to plant seed in spring fields. Awe...memories. really enjoyed this JP & Jill. Happy you leave them up for us newbies to see❤
EARTH ANGEL😇 YOUR choice of music compliments the time and place.😱😳 Cool Cat!😸. I think 🤔 that someone was thinking 🤔 of renovating this house 🏡 but just dropped the idea when they realized just how much had to be done!!!😬Great things have been found behind old. 🔥 fireplace walls!!💍🍴🍽🎻⏳💎. Maybe the fireplace in the basement because they had a business down there!? Beautiful old 🏠 home!
Absolutely love the intro music! Nothing Else Matters.
🤘
The two upstairs and the multiple stairs, perhaps old servants stairs?
That first outside view of the building is absolutely beautiful. I bet the house was gorgeous in its day.... those crickets tho!!!!! no. nope. no thank you very much. Too many in one place for me to be okay with it lol. It almost seemed like they were feeding on the walls...?Weird. The B&W photo of the Furnace was awesome. Mostly it is sad. All the damage done...
Cool old furnace Back in the day was probally a nice house.
It's really awesome on some of these abandoned houses you come across. These looked like beautiful homes at one time. It's sad to see the condition of them now but you have the memories of them preserved on video. Thanks for sharing this Jay.
👍🏻 WOW! What a fantastic house. Would have loved to see it back in it’s prime! Cave crickets freak me out too!😬 Hope you have a great weekend.. Thanks for this great videos. ✌🏻
Back at ya debbi!
Loved it!!!👍👍👍👍
When you were in the basement I was actually thinking, “that looks like the creepy furnace from ‘The Burbs’,” and then you said it and I geeked out! Love your videos.
Haha, glad i wasnt the only one to think that.
You and JP are good suburban dads. You thought of the Burbs; I thought of HHHolmes 😳
Be careful
There's an old abandoned schoolhouse in Kerman, CA that you guys should check out. I went in it several years ago. Pretty creepy
Hey you found my summer cottage. Yeah I'm a little behind on the upkeep. The six dead vandals are hidden safely away.
Thanks JP! I would love to know what that place looked like in its prime
As would i, it's a unique place.
Another great video! Thanks!
I'm speechless with the footage you capture. . Amazing... Well Done...
Thank you so much
WOW!
Interesting find. Would've been gorgeous back in its heyday of glory. Glad u didn't break any legs on those creaky steps.
Nature taking back what is rightfully hers.
The critters in the basement looked liked spider crickets, and yes they do fly. First time I ever saw one I freaked out..lol. I really like the still photos you do at the end of your tours.
Thanks Jennifer
So cool!
Very intriguing footage of a place that was probably gorgeous in its day.
Our old house was over a 100 yrs old and part of our basement or cellar was like that. What looked like digging was where it went under the kitchen in our case that went to the foundation. Creepy!!! I believe the building with the slats was a corn crib. That was air could go thru it. I grew up in on a farm in Ohio. lol
its like an abandoned property is a magnet for vandalism. don't blame you one bit JP for keeping the locations secret, keep up the good work buddy loving your videos.
I loved the intro music as well. love Metallica
🙂 yes!
Creepy, weird atmosphere 😟
That was an old boiler furnace in the baement. I had some relatives that had a basement under the garage with a ground level entry door in the back. That out-building was an old corn crib.
Love the layout of this house. My house is so small, makes me jealous to see all these massive abandoned houses that could be refurbished and made good again. They can keep the noose tho, LOL! And those nasty bugs ewwww!! x
This one is in bad shape, but still holds some beauty.
Amazing! Your work really draws me into the space that you are exploring. JP - you have an artistic eye and fantastic camera skills. Every video is another adventure and exploration. Thanks much.
Thank you mike
What an incredible find! The history within it and behind it!
Thanks
Love your choice of music for this intro!
Ty
Those are cave crickets at 27:28. They're harmless. Terrifying, but harmless.
bugs are creepy, massive amount of bugs are gross and disgusting! that rounded structure in the basement could that have been a fireplace at one time? Another great video, thanks!! Enjoying going on these adventures!!
What a awesome house. Basement was super cool. Furnace looks like it’s screaming 😱 loved the silo too!
Love the intro music Metallica.....nothing else matters
You're the first one to notice that.
Todd Surkamer Thank you! I was going nuts trying to place the music.
Wow what a find! I've really enjoyed watching your videos JP. And back here across the pond we get some great Sunday afternoon viewing with my family your vids and other guys too. But this place must be surely haunted, would you consider a night there☺. I also loved your rendition of Nothing Else Matters at the beginning and end. Huge Metallica fans in the UK here.
So glad you enjoyed it. I would definitely stay a night here.
Thank you too JP, if you ever get the chance to do a night shoot, would be amazing. Wish I could be there with you guys.
Opening tune is haunting
Metallica
That basement was really creepy and those things on the wall look like crickets. Beautiful property. I bet it was a gorgeous house at one time that would be so cool to have a house out in the middle of nowhere.
Ewww spiders 😵😵
🕷🕷🕷🕷
I think those are cave crickets. Creepy looming things! And the company that made the boiler in that house is still in business-we have one. Doesn't look like that!! Pretty impressive. Sure must have been a stunning house.
Nice find
Love the introduce music too of this cool video by (Metallica music ) I have that record in my house :-)
Nice
Large house, some one nice home.
The bugs in the basement or cave crickets
The crickets remind me of some big bugs called Weta that we have here in New Zealand.
The crickets are actually called camel crickets (at least that's what we call them). We have them in my area too and their main defense is to jump out at people or animals when they feel threatened.
At least they weren’t spiders. I hate spiders. But I’d still freak out if one of those mutant crickets jumped out at me.
27:16 Those are Cave crickets. I first saw them in my grandmas cellar in Wisconsin about 44 years ago.
37:35- that was a corn crib. The area that you thought might be for loading cattle was used to store ear corn while it dried. We had one on the farm where I was raised; I spent many hours playing in it as a child. Great video!
Thanks for sharing
Wow. What a beauty in the rough. Sad to see these amazing houses left to rot like this. Historical preservation societies should really be helped out by the gov't to save these awesome historical places.
We have scary abandon houses here in Orlando Florida too :)
And cops are quick to arrest explorers down in Florida 😡
Well I'm officially creeped out LOL!!
How do you think i felt? Haha
cool video,
Down in the basement where you said looks like someone was digging the half circle stone thing was an old water well that was for the house way way back in time. Those were most likely grasshoppers...that you were freaking out about. 😂
Cave crickets
Keep up the great videos. They are cool
You got it tracy.
Beautiful old house too bad it's decaying and has so much graffiti everywhere!!! That was an odd basement with the old furnace!!! It looked kinda spooky!!! Awesome video Jay!!! I enjoyed it very much!!!
At least your not alone this time. What a shell of a house.
My favorite video of yours so far. That house at one time must have been beautiful. Sad to see it decay like that. Great find and outstanding video!
Thanks for the kind words Alan. I would of loved to have seen this house 50yrs ago.
It was wonderful back in the day! The (dairy) farm belonged to my uncle and his brother. My aunt, uncle and cousins lived in the "addition", which was a 3 bedroom dwelling. His brother's family lived in the main part of the house. It was sold about 20 years ago to a woman who was suppose to turn it into a bed & breakfast. I am so saddened to see what has become of it. My family has so many fond memories from the farm.
Susan Russo it is a beautiful property.
Do you have pics of it in it’s better days? Would be great to see. Thank you for the info
🤗🤗🤗🤗
Amazingly creepy video Lol but hey,You see some Ghost around in this abandoned house ??? 😀😰😬👻👻👻
Those insects used to be in the basement where I grew up. I always thought they were some sort of cricket. I called them basement crickets, cause that's the only place I had ever seen them.
Them are a type of cricket 🦗
Diestrammena asynamora is a species of CAVE CRICKET in the family Rhaphidophoridae. It is native to Asia, including Korea. In English-speaking countries it is known as the greenhouse camel cricket or greenhouse stone cricket for its propensity for living in greenhouses.

Just found this one and it looks interesting. Do you wear bug repellent ? I would I would be afraid of the ticks and chiggers. The floors are really pretty and that fireplace with the hook above it to hold a pot to cook in. the one piece of wall paper is pretty. Horrible the graffiti in those rooms. they look like crickets to me. Oh my looks like a thousand of them. wow the old wood furnace. this was a good find. Well when you turn off your light it does feel creepy maybe like hell so still and lonely, but God is the light. Are there bugs in there too? great find thanks for bringing it to me.
I typically dont. I just check myself when im done
It a corn crib
Those are crickets -
Did anyone else notice the hook in the ceiling swing slightly, as he panned up. Might have only been the wind, but still creepy, in a creepy place.
that last building with the wood slats is a corn crib where they stored ear corn
The building with the slats is a corn crib.
Another great video.
CRICKETS!! They were crickets.
Good looking silo and I’m 99% sure thar one part of barn was for lining them up to give shots or go off to market.
It’s really a shame these people didn’t do this bit by bit. It’s a huge house without addition!
a damn shame
Nothing else matters
Yep
Those were mud daubers nests on the ceiling
Those where cave crickets in the basement they love to live in damp cold dark areas they can jump very far not really dangerous just creepy and also breed very fast and have huge colonys
The Burbs. Tom Hanks was hilarious! That's a great furnace. The black and white photo was great. Great video but, kinda sad . The graffiti was so awful.
😁
I believe those narrow sides set up on each side of that so called barn was for storing grain in or("CORN"),I lived on a farm, but I could also be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me,nice video 😊💙👍...
Yes you're correct, people said corn crib. Thanks for watching
I was waiting for you to say "Jumping Jiminy crickets I'm out of here!"
😅
The crickets remind me of some big bugs called Weta that we have here in New Zealand.
Hi JP . Maybe it's just me.but I thought it was pretty creepy back in (2013) the photo. But of course it really is worse today. A lot of it done by Man as usual.it May have been nice At one time. But it's very hard to tell in its entirety today. Please be careful and safe you guys. But All in All, awesome video thanks for sharing the details ☺️🖐️👊 👍💯 💯. That noose was very frightening.🤔🙄😱. I really appreciate you guy's for who you are, and what you stand for. 😀. OH my God God, what are those bug's. Yes definitely it's time to go!!!💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨🏃💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨
I've never seen them myself, but those are spider crickets.
I call those bugs spickets. Lol we have them here too. Never seen that many tho!!!
At--40:28-- The building was probably used to store food for the animals. I saw something like it on Barnyard builders. The hooks would be used to pick up big stacks of hay and stuff. Just a guess of course.
The bugs were really strange. Bars on the windows? Were people imprisoned there? Strange place.
Basement was definitely creepy
@@JPVideos81 That basement hives off bad vibes, bars on the windows. Makes me think of a serial killer may have used that place.
The bugs?!!! Welcome to my world. I Live in a Hud run building. I'd been complaining about the water heater for 7 yrs, they do nothing. A lady that lives below me complained about 'drips' . (she has an in with the asst. manager) The next day the matinance guy shows up, takes the old water heat that's sitting in a pile of black mold with white stuff growing in it out and slaps a new water heater on top of the mold which is all over now, under the stove, ect. The matinance dude cleans outside my door and the hallway so the other tenants can't know what's going on. She'll (main manager) will act like she doesn't know what's going on. I have to wait next month to get my phone activated and then should I call the Board of health?
Don't people die from black mold and whatever the white mold that was also growing in it?
Another great video wouldn't want to be in your shoes in that basement with the horrible bugs.
There were tons of them.
Spider crickets on the walls in the basement. They jump very high.
Those kind of bugs are called crickets....and yes they fly and hop to .
nothing else matters.....
🤘
That foundations probably from about 1889 or something like that it looks like they're probably having a was going to put a new Foundation underneath the house it actually looks like it's collapsing they build them with rocks
Here in N.C.those are called wolf crickets, they get huge and can jump fast, they love wet damp cement.Little demons from hell I think, they are by the thousands when born & grow fast!
looks like dirt dobbers nest
Two thumbs up for the Metallica intro. 👍👍That was someone's beautiful home at one point in time. 😞
Thanks
Id love to do this but mot my husband
These are so awesome I just was like what do I watch one night and been addicted since
the last structure you came across its a corn crib the farmers would fill both sides with cobs of corn to feed his cattle
the middle part he would drive into it with his truck or wagon and fill it up with corn cobs
Ty
Those look like some kind of black cricket
The bugs is camel crickets . They are sometimes called cave crickets. They are harmless.
n yeah the dig basement very odd
Love those huge window sils and all the stairways were interesting, but a bit confusing. A nation of crickets I believe them to be in the basement. :) Great find. Love the closing music who's it by?
Just music i found on CZcams library.
Phenomenal!
Reminds me of Grey Gardens in a way🤔
Never heard of that...
If I am not mistaken grey gardens was the home of a mother and daughter relatives of the Kennedy family there is a movie about them and the property
They were crickets.
old corn crib
I wished the vandals left this house alone! Awesome explore. The basement and bugs were too creepy!
