Hell is the self imposed separation from God, who is Life itself. Thus flowing from Him, the River of Life is the River of Lava. It is the same damnation. You only don't realize it because you still, by culture or conscience, hold on to Christian commandments. "I love my fellow humans" You're not attacking Christanity if you believe that being a Christian means having to forsake such a core belief. In that one commandment, there is Resurrection. Now you just have you ask yourself. "What does it *mean* to love a fellow human?" That question will take you to salvation. But it is a question you'll have to ask ceaselessly for the rest of your life. The posing of such a question is in fact what we call prayer. If you ever feel lost or overwhelmed by the question. I went to catholic school and the priest said that protestants do get into heaven but they get nosebleed seats and jewish people listen to the game in the parking lot on their radio and if they get lucky they catch a scalper on discount and catch the second half. It kinda makes sense with the whole purgatory system
Nah, thats the joke. Christians say that anyone can get into heaven if they accept Jesus. Hitler accepted Jesus at the last second and made it into heaven.
Just like there is for everything you can find in the Bible, it’s contradictory. There’s verses saying the body and gift of salvation should be cherished, and there is also verses on taking one’s own life in anything from sacrificial to bearing the weight of sin. There’s verses saying salvation doesn’t come from apology before or after a sin, but whatever is in your heart. You can even make a direct parallel to Samson (Judges 16|29-31) to justify Hitler going to heaven. Reality is, it’s just whatever you want to believe because it’s an old fictional book written by a dozen contradictory people.
As a thinking, post-graduate math nerd who is also a Christian but has had all these questions before, I really empathize. But it's only self-righteousness that keeps people out of heaven, not anything else. That's the Christian gospel: self-righteousness condemns, but foreign righteousness rightly applied covers condemnation. Snow-covered dung, as Martin Luther said. Thanks for the video! Had me ROFLin
Humility is really what God is looking for. People who take a step back and realize that they can’t do it alone. The doors to hell are locked from the inside. Pride and ego are the biggest factors for self-righteousness and rejecting God

Actually, Hell is not what we think it is. Hell nowdays is an mistranslation of Sheol and Geena. Sheol means "grave" in jew's language, while Geena is a reference to the junkyard of Jerusalem, in Apocalypse, it has not the role to torture forever people, but it depends according to your doctrine. The main original christian doctrine were Universalism (the beliefe that everyone will go to Heaven, but before sinners have to go in Geena for a while, even some jews believe in that) and Annihilation (where Geena is also refered as the second death, it means that you simply dissapear forever). Fun fact: It's very unprobable that Hitler accepted Jesus before his death, since Hitler is described as "very religious, but very anti-christian" in Goebelle's diaries 29th December 1939. He saw christianity as a symbol of decay according to several historician, like Alan Bullock, Richard Overy etc... always according to the historician, he was more likely a neo-pagan and believed in a new german god.

That's why the first commandment is, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Because at one point, Yahweh was part of a pantheon. The real interesting thing to think about is how pointless an afterlife is, and even more so, an afterlife where you are never hungry, sad, cold, uncomfortable, etc. Then what's the point of anything? if none of this here matters because of an afterlife, then why does life matter? and why does afterlife matter if nothing happens there. whats the point of being alive in an afterlife just for nothing to happen ever. and for eternity too? thats a long ass time of nothing happening.
interestingly, universalism is a solid Biblical view I subscribe to and that teaches everyone gets in ultimately, but most go through punishment for a finite period of time in the afterlife. However, some of the punishment is in this life as this video mentions.

Hell is the self imposed separation from God, who is Life itself. Thus flowing from Him, the River of Life is the River of Lava. One's experience in the afterlife is dependant on one's love for God--one's love for Life itself.
Have you read Nietszche or Dostoevsky? Do you know what life is like without God? It is the same damnation. You only don't realize it because you still, by culture or conscience, hold on to Christian commandments.
"I love my fellow humans"
You're not attacking Christanity if you believe that being a Christian means having to forsake such a core belief.
In that one commandment, there is Resurrection.
Now you just have you ask yourself. "What does it *mean* to love a fellow human?"
That question will take you to salvation. But it is a question you'll have to ask ceaselessly for the rest of your life. The posing of such a question is in fact what we call prayer.
If you ever feel lost or overwhelmed by the question. I welcome you to come see an Eastern Orthodox Divine Liturgy. There you will encounter Love; there you will encounter God.
I went to catholic school and the priest said that protestants do get into heaven but they get nosebleed seats and jewish people listen to the game in the parking lot on their radio and if they get lucky they catch a scalper on discount and catch the second half. It kinda makes sense with the whole purgatory system
what
a totally coherent sentence
what
Jewish people don’t get into heaven at all
If that’s the worst thing a priest did at Catholic school, consider yourself lucky
I feel like this is less of a”if Christian’s are right” and more so “Spencer’s freestylin on religion”
Hitler is not a christian man, come on if you're gonna make a joke at least make it accurate
Nah, thats the joke. Christians say that anyone can get into heaven if they accept Jesus. Hitler accepted Jesus at the last second and made it into heaven.
“Life on earth is pretty much a Grandtheft auto server”😂 true words haven never been so right
Definitely want more of this, great job man
Just died and went to heaven, can confirm Spencer is indeed actually God.
I would ask to get sent to hell if Spencer was God
Not funny
Hitler wasn’t a Christian, and suicide was his final sin which he couldn’t have repented for.
90% of the Nazis were Christian.
He was indeed someone that talked about God a lot
hitler was fully a christian what are you talking about? you're eighth he'd have gone to hell for suicide tho
@@leiah6514maybe one day you have the hindsight and wisdom to acknowledge how wrong this is.
You guys are cool
@@korokleafgaming6863No, no, I think self righteousness is assuming your god is the one true, and ttrying to control women constantly, taking poor people's money to buy private jets and hoarding wealth might be slightly greater reasons for rejecting any partulicular made up deity. If the Christians are right, they drove most of us away with their idiocy, greed and insistence that Jesus really wants women to die if necessary so their spoof can be born.
I really hope I don't get into heaven if its going to be full of you types.
@@swissarmyknight4306you won't need to worry about that
May god bless you ☦️✝️
Actually, Hell is not what we think it is.

If conflating foreknowledge and determinism is considered a profound philosophical move, then I guess it's pretty profound for that standard. Wait till you find out about how God is the only possible justification for the moral arguments in this video, that the Holy Trinity transcends the problem of One and Many, and that Divine Revelation is the only possible epistemology that can ground the possibility of knowledge.
More profound than the reformed Calvinist determinists who actually do believe this at least. Now you know why heresies require condemnation even within Christianity. Protestantism is an apostate factory.

Let's say a comedian does a funny stuff comedy, mockery whatever you'd like to call it on 2 scenarios:
Scenario A. He makes fun of people who say that there are only 2 genders, male and female.
And
Scenario B. He also makes fun of people who say that there are endless genders, he makes fun of people who don't even know what a woman is or what a man is.

@@CertainCharism Wouldn't that be hilarious, to become an adherent to an Eastern-inspired offshoot of Judaism? Hey, have you ever looked up the origins of your god? Yahweh was the god of weather and war, which explains why he's always encouraging slaughter in the Old Testament. He's one of many gods early on, along with his pals El, Asherah and Baal. That's why the first commandment is, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Because at one point, Yahweh was part of a pantheon. When your god got the upgrade to monotheism, they didn't bother changing the "hits". Christianity is about as likely to be the truth as an obscure nature-worshiping religion in the Amazon. But it gives people something to believe in, and some moral guidance for those who don't have the time to develop morality on their own. The bad part about it is all the murdering you guys have done over the years in the name of your god of weather and war, though. You even kill other Christians because they didn't believe the "right" way, such as Trinity vs no Trinity. Stop killing people and stop proselytizing and we'll be cool with your weird beliefs.

1:30 what about purgatory
frickin 🆒 vid, cerspence
One of the better things you made
interestingly, universalism is a solid Biblical view I subscribe to and that teaches everyone gets in ultimately, but most go through punishment for a finite period of time in the afterlife. However, some of the punishment is in this life as this video mentions.
Sharks are actually lovely, as all living beings are. Only Humans are malicious.
Realistically if Hitler has actually repented of his sins he wouldn't have killed himself he would have stayed alive taken accountability for his actions
